Mike was on top of everything during our home loan application process. Loan docs are very cumbersome, but Mike made the process as smooth as possible. He was responsive, professional, and highly competent. One piece of advise for everyone looking to buy a home: Get your down payment and closing costs in one single bank acct at least 2 months before you apply for the mortgage!!!! Our biggest hassle in all of this process was having to provide proof of where our money for the down payment was coming from as we used assets from different accts. Get it all into one acct 60 days before. I am sure Michael will back me up on that!! You can't go wrong with Mr Michael Eiden. I wouldn't hesitate to employ his services again!
