John and Karen at Guild Mortgage were both absolutely incredible to work with on the refinancing of my mortgage! My daughter and son-in-law raved about them while buying their first home (and later refinancing), so of course I went to them when I needed their services as well. They are both extremely knowledgeable and were so patient with me (I had a lot going on in my personal life at the same time I was doing the refi). My work life was insanely hectic… so much so that Karen even came to my place of employment to get my signatures one day just to save me a trip to her office! This level of customer service is only one example of many that I experienced while working with them. It seems as though they are ALWAYS available… regardless of the day or time.
