KeyBank W Fairview Ave, Boise

This bank n the people are horrible... I just wanted a simple checking account for a short time no problem.. and that's all it was.. I would not recommend this branch to nobody ... In fact run far away... I could not close my account fast enough.

I don't know what's up with the poor reviews, but I had a great experience at this branch. Helpful employees, little to no wait times, and a notary on hand when we needed it! Super friendly staff!

For the past ten times we have visited, we have been asking for boxes of change in the form of coins, but each time we were told nothing was available, but today when we asked for the manager to inquire about this only then were we supplied with pennies. It is frustrating that it took to this extent, and it is dissatisfactory that we were treated with this disappointing service by the staff. As KeyBank customers, it is important to us that we are able to be provided with the essential change upon request.

Most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. Ridiculous how the tellers couldn't even figure out my questions paying on an account I had. Then Molly this relationship manager, they call it, argues with me about how I feel , SERIOUSLY? WHAT A JOKE!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!

Terrible. No access to rent money, no atm card and absolutely no help or resolution to access any of my funds because they close early unscheduled. Closing my account and switching to literally any place else

I'm Will with Secure Pacific (Local Boise Security Alarm systems). I needed to set up my HSA account and just popped in. Michael Carver the branch manager welcomed the opportunity to assist me. Even though it was a newer process for him Michael took the time to ensure the account was set up properly and efficiently. He gave me some great options and made it easy for me. Banked here for 7+ years at this branch, Customer service at this branch is good and what you would expect. With me, they were friendly and willing to problem solve. :) I was treated like they knew me and like I was a friend depositing business checks over the years. It's too bad a horrible experience at two other branches has me considering closing my account, since I need access to multiple branches.

I came to this branch to make a deposit on Saturday morning, 7.21.2018. I have been to other area branches of my bank with no problems or issues whatsoever... UNTIL THIS branch on Fairview-Milwaukee in Boise. The White Caucasian male teller with NO NAME TAG OR NAME PLATE deliberately asked me all kinds of unnecessary questions before I swiped my debit card to do the deposit, as if he thought I was going to rob the bank or something like that. Mind you, I NEVER experienced any of that before from anybody else at this branch nor any others... I told him I was depositing. He treated me like a joke and less than a human being, which of course I didn't take or tolerate and also told him off about himself once things were FINALLY completed accordingly. If this guy ever shows his subtly-snide and RACIST FACE around town again and I COME ACROSS him, he WILL get a HARD TIME His username is GERLAMO.

Just pulled up to make a deposit into a new account ask the teller if she could verify the account number so I knew it was going into the right account and she made that seem like it was a hassle for her, so she grabed someone else to do that. And the other girl was just as rude.. not friendly service and not helpful. I will not be banking with this bank.
