I HAVE NO DEBT WITH THIS COMPANY. I was nice enough to make a ONE TIME PAYMENT (and made that known) FOR SOMEONE to this company and the next thing you know , they send a payment through my bank account and cause me a 30$ charge to top it off. It has yet to have been fixed . Will update.

I have no problem with Key Credit. The two ladies that work in the office are really nice and go out of there way to help.

Update: key credit did fix this issue. Thank you. I had to use a different email to give the update on the Cat Burden review because there was no option to edit .

I’ve been a customer for over two years now. I’ve never had a single problem. They’d always been extremely helpful and accommodating.

I love Beverly and Julie they are great people have known them for years they are always willing to help in any way they can my whole family also takes their business there. We have never had any issues great people.

I understand this company drops in to the funerals of deceased clients to ask the bereaved how they will be settling said deceased's debt. I suppose I could say I've heard more shocking and revolting things, but not by much.

What kind of company are you??? You reap what you sow. Knowing that I hope you have te kind of day you deserve. Despicable people!!!!!! Your company must be pretty bad off to have to go to the funeral of a now deceased customer demanding payment. Geesh!!!!!

You people are foul disgusting down low human beings to come to a grieving woman sitting next to her deceased father to collect on her father's debt. We will make this go viral. I bet you are starting to regret that dumb decision now. And you are not worth the 1 star I had to give to post.

I have never had a problem with this business. They have been there for me. I always pay on time. Just my way to do things.
