I purchased some equipment from Bullitt County Pawn via ebay; the purchase and shipping was prompt and seamless. They were super easy to deal with, responsive to my questions, and 100% stood by their merchandise until I was satisfied. I was very impressed!

I have to say it’s the best pawn shop I’ve ever done business with always nice easy to deal with welling to work with you and they have a nice layway policy as well I have got so much nice things here I would say if your looking for something nice I recommend them all the way high quality low prices

Good prices Good service Lots of Snap-On & Craftsman tools Also a huge selection of the latest name brand power tools - Milwaukee & DeWalt especially. Will definitely be back.

Dude has a Snap On wrench in eBay for $27.99. so I call down from Pennsylvania asking if he'd take it off eBay and sell it outright for $25. He says no. Knowing full and well that you're going to lose more than that in eBay fees. If you're not willing to move $3 to make a sale and possibly gain a longterm customer, than maybe it's better that we don't do business. If I were anybody in the Louisville area, I would start clear of a greedy person like this. Just my opinion.

Bullitt county pawn is the best pawn shop I've dealt with. We had multiple items in pawn. And they always worked with me. They were willing to help my family in a tough time. I have also bought from here. I got my husband an electric guitar and an amp. The owner gave me a great deal and even threw in an instructional DVD so my husband could learn how to play it. They are wonderful people.

I purchased an item from this shop and had an issue with the item (the item was supposed to be a certain type and was not), I did not realize the issue until outside of the return window (it was an early Christmas present) but they were very understanding and still issued a full refund which made myself and my husband very happy. There was no haggle or problems when returning the item and because of how easy this was I’m giving 5 stars. I fully expected to have problems when returning but I did not have any so we will definitely shop here again. Accidents happen and we understand that so based on that and the return process to fix the issue we will be returning customers. I’m very satisfied with how everything was handled. Very professional, 5 stars and recommended. Thank you!

They gave me what I asked for on a loan and they were so helpful and friendly. It's refreshing to know there's still good folk out here that are not just trying to always stick it to ya. And because if that he will have my business anytime I'm running behind on bills or need help. Plus I ALWAYS COME BACK FOR MY TOOLS cause if I don't making money I'd not an option

This is not the place you come to buy things if you want a bottled water with the store's name on it with a fresh baked cookie- but, let's face it, you pay for those things. Good selection of stuff at good prices. Easy to work with.
