It was refreshing to work with a professional lender that is very knowledgeable in his craft. My loan amount would have put me into the Jumbo category with a higher interest rate. However, with some creative financing, Kevin was able to avert the Jumbo loan by splitting the amount using both Conventional and HELOC products. Also, communication was on point. I received frequent updates via text which were very useful reminders of what items required my attention.
