Lucie was very helpful! My husband and I went in to set up a joint account and didn't think to make an appointment. Despite it being fairly busy, she helped us by sending an online application and checked in on us frequently to be sure we figured it out.
Hi Taylor, We’re glad to hear the process went smoothly. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Lucie was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^sam

Sorriest Fkn service of all locations I have been to. Including other banks I bank at which are BB&T, WELLS FARGO, FCCU, and REGIONS BANK. I promise not to return to this location. Today they could not cash a thousand dollar check, again! Not to mention I was the 9th person in line with one teller. Walmart techniques in full throttle. You guys make sure and stay open to receive that money to make interest on. Forget all about customer service.

No wonder they got 1.5 in rate review. I thought about opening an account with them but I definitely changed my mind after the service I received from both the teller Sheline and branch manager James. Go to Chase!

If you only need to make a withdrawal for rent once a month don’t use this bank. 12 in line when I walk in 2 tellers, some intern in the back just standing awkwardly and making eye contact as if to say “I’m powerless too” and 5 personal bankers/managers in the lobby. 16 in line by the time I make it to a teller. My transaction is 10 seconds and everyone else has a complicated transaction. When I leave and dryly mention to the manager that they need more tellers and that I shouldn’t wait 30 minutes for a simple withdrawal she condescendingly tells me to use the atm next time. I can’t use an atm for a withdrawal larger than 500.

I've called them multiple times and they NEVER pick up the phone. You have to go through this process to press 1 to the main menu and then 4 again to call them. No-one has ever answered! At least they could pick up and put me on hold. After reading all the reviews I'm considering driving to the other side of town. Edit: I did go to the other side of town for a better experience.

I have been a so called valued customer at Bank of America for over a decade. However whenever there any transaction that involves withdrawal of my funds or request of assistance with funding of my business, I'm apparently not a valued customer. I've been told that my signature does not match my signature on record therefore I am harrassed every time I come to withdraw money for business reasons. Yes, I had to sign and resign my own signature until it meets Lydia Pena's satisfaction lol I laugh but I'm definitely not laughing. Today I am ending services with this bank.

I only come here for work deposits and it gets WORSE everytime they have 5 people in cubicles but two tellers even with 10+ people waiting in line for more than 10min. Frost would never operate like this. Can not get change even just one roll of quarters and they are telling customers inside they can not withdraw more than 1500 so glad i dont bank here

Everyone seems to be rating negative, but the banking center seems to be very helpful, at least at giving your money away. Apparently you can walk in near closing and they won't care enough to ask for ID before taking a phony check and giving out hundreds of dollars to anyone with a stolen card. You would like to think that a crime like this could be stopped with a well trained teller simply checking a driver's license photo before giving out over $1000 in cash, but I guess they really don't care enough. It seems like not having enough tellers available isn't their only issue...

Bad Bank of America..Worst Customer Services....Went inside to check on my safety deposit box...One person front of me. 12 working people in the bank and I had to wait 50min before I decided to walk out. Ask the lady why is it taking so long and they just did not care about their customer. Whoever is in charge need to take a look at their bank and fix it...before its too late..just look the review...I would move to the another bank if i did not have to wait long time to cancel my safety box..Customer for over 15 year...This bank is horrible!!!

Now I know why they have one star. The teller refused to wait on me. I can not say for sure but it definitely felt like discrimination. I wanted a cashier's check and she refused to do it. Just don't bank with them. They are trash all the way around.
