Great insurance company. They will check in with you periodically to see if your insurance needs have changed. You can call them up or email them with policy changes and you hear back the next day or the same day. Great service. In person they are friendly and listen to you. They will go through the computer and look for ways for you to save on premiums. They even offer a million dollar umbrella policy that is very reasonable. Something to check out.

I have been with this location since I was 16. They have always been extremely helpful and amazing. We are so grateful for them. It is nice having your insurance company looking out for you and making sure you are taken care of. Meghan is amazing and we highly recommend her!

I have been with the Elk River State Farm location for ~14 years and I continue to have superb customer service and protection. I have had multiple policies (Car, boat, renters and home) and have never had any issues when filing a claim or changing/updating services. The people at Start Farm are always courteous and very knowledgeable about the different policies they provide. The cost of the insurance policies are very reasonable too. I love that when I call my agent he knows me right away! That makes me feel that I matter and I am not just a faceless person to them.

We had been with another very well known insurance company for almost 40 years when I met Kevin Gleitz and his team. They offered a lower rate that the other insurance company wouldn't offer us and we had only put in maybe 2 claims in those 40 years. Every time I call this State Farm agency I connect with a live person - never have to leave a message and wait for a callback. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I feel like I know them personally which was not the case with the other insurance company. I would recommend them to everyone!

I initially reached out to Matt at State Farm for quotes on Rental, Home, and Auto Insurance after being with Progressive for nearly 15 years (I had their special space cowboy loyalty program awards). Long story short, I actually ended up saving hundreds on my car insurance (this is not a commercial) but that's only one part of the equation. Matt's customer service since I joined State Farm has been outstanding. He's walked me through all my questions, is extremely responsive (emailing me back at 10pm on a Monday!), and is very easy to reach. Overall, I am very satisfied ! They are a great neighbor.

I've been with State Farm for 40 years. I recently had a very comprehensive review of my policies with Kevin. Not only did I learn a lot, I walked away with exponentially better coverage than before with minimal increases to my deductibles. On the whole (house, car, motorcycle) I even saved a little bit in the process. Entire staff treated me well and I was sincerely thanked for my loyalty to the company. Customer service matters, and I left their office feeling valued and appreciated. It was a good use of an hour.

Carl Gammon has been awesome to work with and very responsive. He helped set up our home insurance quickly when we were in a pinch and saved us a lot by bundling our cars in as well. The life insurance process was quick and easy too. Highly recommend Carl and this office!

I've been with Kevin Gleitz/State Farm for just about 6 years now. I can't say for certain that I'm getting the best rates possible because honestly, if I did and found a lower rate somewhere else, I would have a hard choice to make. I'd have to choose between saving a little bit of money somewhere else or keeping access to absolutely STELLAR service that I get from Kevin Gleitz's agency - by Meghan in particular. In short, the service that I get from Meghan and the others at Kevin's agency is worth more to me that what little I might save somewhere else. I'll admit though, I had a rough patch with State Farm a few years back where they claimed that I didn't have towing on my motorcycle when I actually did. I ended up having to haul the bike on my own which I was not well equipped for - and why I had towing insurance on it. I was really pretty mad about it, but the fault was more to State Farm "proper" since it was the weekend and I was dealing with their call center rather than Kevin's agency directly. That said, I worked with Kevin during the following days to solve the issue. In short, don't hesitate to do business here. You get the big insurance company stability of State Farm with the personal service of a small company who knows you by name when you call them up.
