Diamond Tax & Financial US, Elk River

I've been going to them for a few years now and will continue to with fair pricing and knowledgeable staff.

I've used Diamond Tax for 3+ years now. She's always made it a quick and easy process. I first started using her service when I had some 1099 work and I was not sure how to proceed. She has also helped my family with personal and business taxes and they were happy as well.

a couple of months after i had my taxes done by Diamond Tax the IRS did an audit and said there was a mistake with my tax return and i owed about $2500! so i called diamond tax up and hoped for a little help in how to deal with this (they are the experts). I have never experienced worse customer service after that. I know they were busy so i waited patiently for them to call me when they said they would. they never did. I called repeatedly and eventually they wouldn't answer my phone calls or return my messages. it was like they were hiding from me. I wasn't expecting them to work on my problem for free. i just wanted help with the tax return THEY prepared for me. Luckily, i was able to have another tax professional look over my tax's. they helped me out with the IRS and solved my problem. The problem wasn't even that difficult. all i needed was to write a letter to the IRS explaining things. the IRS accepted it and long story short, i didn't owe the $2500 and Diamond tax didn't help me out at all. I wouldn't recommend their service.

I have used diamond tax for 4 years. They always try to get my maximum refund by asking many questions. Prices are fair and it's always quick.

Stacy is the "best" in our opinion. She's fast, courteous, and always is trying to get the most back for us.... legally :) I would highly recommend her tax service. Her fees are fairly priced. She works with what her clients provide for information.... as long as you understand that, I'm not sure how one would be disappointed with the results.

So happy a friend referred us to Diamond Tax. Best experience we've ever had doing taxes! Stacy was wonderful - efficient and helpful. We'll definitely be back next year!
