Honestly the worst bank. Charges with no warning. Allows payments that are WAY to large and unauthorized to go through resulting in overdrafts with zero acknowledgment of overdraft. Women says “well just put your money on the account” .what a way to make someone feel horrible, degraded, and discriminated against when they don’t have the money. Save your time and go somewhere else where they are kind. KBS USE to be great way before they turned corporate. Once they became corporate years ago nothing but problems but this has been the last straw.

Today I had to take an hour trip down to Kennebunk Savings to do some banking. I brought along my 2½ year old son Ryker along for the trip. First off- this bank branch is doing wonderful job to ensure staff and customer safety during COVID-19. Thank you! However, that is not what drew me to write this review. The ladies that were working today went above and beyond for my son. He is autistic with a sensory processing disorder (aka- new things/places/people are tough). After a few minutes in the bank, he was relaxed, laughing, and making friends with all who work there!! Thank you so SO much for your kindness, it means more than they will ever know. I'm adding a picture to this post of their biggest fan! He placed each and every sticker he got onto his shirt, and I wasn't allowed to touch! Hahah.

The staff and nice but if you are an online banking person like myself....BEWARE horrible website...not user friendly... even customer service tells you with a laugh yea we know our website is poor..

Kennebunk Savings, I give five stars.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Crazy charges, rude staff, unwilling to assist with unauthorized payments. Worst customer service.

RUN RUN away from this bank. I have an Equity Line with KBS and constantly have issues on my monthly statements. Every couple months I call in and get a different story. Luckily I have a close friend who is A VP of mortgage services at Chase and she was shocked how KBS charges their customers. I'm done ! Second a couple months ago I tried to use the ATM machine at this location and the machine did not give me my money I went inside and branch manager Lisa said we know we have a problem with this machine as its running slow People have left and money had been dispersed after they left ! I said you know you have a problem and you're leaving it on ??? And her reply was typical blah blah , we called it in . Ok great glad you called it in so why are you still leaving it on causing headache for everyone !! Seriously folks how can you bank here ???
