Absolutely phenomenal people and extremely knowledgeable. I have purchased a few items over the past year from Twin City Gold both in-store and from their Ebay. They have been there to answer my questions/concerns without qualm and both of the ladies that have helped me have been extremely kind and enthusiastic. Brought $7,000 worth of jewelry in here and told me they'd give me only $700 for it all. Also told me they'd give me the most out of all of the shops around town... News flash you are the only gold and silver shop in town.nothing but attitude when I went in.. your customer service skills suck. I went somewhere else because they gave me more then you. 🤣😂

Have never had a negative experience with anyone. Always so friendly and helpful. The shop has so much to look at but it's not overwhelming or cluttered. From gorgeous estate jewelry to local handmade jewelry and everything in between. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I have been to Twin City Gold and Silver several times. The first was to appraise some jewelry I inherited. They were no pressure and did a great job. Very knowledgeable. We went back a second time to sell some stuff we had and they gave us a great price. I ended up buying a watch they had on display. The third time I went back to get my sons watch sized. In conversation I mentioned I loved my watch, but was having a hard time getting it to keep time. They insisted on taking it, looking it over and have sent it back to the manufacture to be fixed. All to insure I was happy. Bottom line, great people, exceptional service.

My husband and i love it here. They treat customers like family, they are very fair with pricing. Best prices around without having to wait for shipping. And i trust no one else with my valuables when that time comes when i need extra cash and need to do a loan....

The owner was polite and willing to answer any questions. It's a small shop but they have a bunch of different items for sale. However some of the prices for items like chainsaws were a little high for being used.

If you ever have to deal with a company to get a loan on gold or jewelry, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and courteous and they also understand that unfortunately sometimes life can get in the way of making it to the store on time. This is my first experience dealing with this sort of company and I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations in every way possible. If you need to do something similar you should definitely go to Twin City Gold in Biddeford.

Just moving to New England area needed a battery replacement for my watch. Looked up on google maps and found Twin City Gold. Loved it took them 5 minutes to replace my battery at a reasonable price. Have noted this for the future.

Really great people. They don't make you feel bad about having to pawn something. Very fair. They will hold your pawn as long as you let them know your going to be late. So happy not to lose my things.👍
