We have been customers of State Farm for over 30 years. Our original agent retired and Kelly Motter took over. We have had great service from both agents. Just recently we had a fire on our deck from the garbage can. Placed a claim on Sunday and an adjuster called me Monday and sent a field adjuster to check out the damages two days later. He was here for two hours checking everything out that was damaged. We had a check in hand when he left. We were extremely happy with time he spent, how thorough he was and the reimbursement for the damage from our homeowners policy.

Outstanding seems to fall short in describing these calls; 100% professional, yet had a sense of humor that put me at easy. Not pushy or hard sell.
