More like 4.5. I feel for the most part that the service there is really good. Amber and Ashley are very helpful. I think sometimes they are short staffed. I’m pretty satisfied overall with this location.

I went to open an account for my teenaged son. The service was fast and friendly. The staff was very knowledgeable and offered the right solution for us.

I went in to open an account today and received excellent service. The branch manager Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. It was getting close to lunch time so there was a line when I got there but they had multiple tellers who moved people through pretty quickly. I explained I was there to open a new account and they had the branch manager help me through the process. It was quick, insightful and I left with my debit card activated. Yes they print them right at the branch. Chris even asked if he could set up a follow up meeting in a few weeks to make sure I was having a great experience with PNC. So far I'm optimistic that it was a good move to join PNC.

If you’re into fees...all of the fees, than this is the place for you! If random and unexplained service charges on your account every month are in fact no your thing, I would probably recommend banking elsewhere.

Not kind or polite or helpful... had to go to another branch to actually get my banking needs taken care of.

Gas At $5/gallon. Could you please put more than one teller in your bank. I sat in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes wasting gas and time!

Poor service alot of times. Workers sometimes seemed more interested in socializing than helping customers. ATM is almost always broke. I've read harmars PNC is better, will go there from here on out.

In a world where everyone likes to use COVID as a reason why they can't efficiently do their jobs, Lucas T is different. I needed to send a important wire on short notice and the representatives from other local branches spent more time on the phone making excuses why they couldn't do it, then it took to send the wire. Lucas was able to squeeze me in & was pleasant to deal with. We need more people like Lucas, and less looking for the easy out.

I called them twice, hit the button for assistance, yet no-one picked up. I stayed on the phone for 10 minutes before THEY disconnected me.

Quick, easy, pleasant, would choose this location again.
