Kellogg Community Credit Union S Drake Rd, Kalamazoo

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with the Drake Road Brach of Kellogg Community Credit union, Everyone there is always attentive courteous always willing to go above and beyond what is expected and the warm friendly smiles are a special touch to make a great day. I appreciate banking with them and highly recommend them!

I typically don’t like to complain but it’s something about this particular location and I just don’t understand it. I personally believe from the incident back a few months ago a teller tied my replacement debit card to my son’s checking account instead of mine and I did not notice until I attempted to pay multiple bills. So yes I was very upset who wouldn’t be it’s embarrassing not to mention a inconvenience. I initially called and tried to talk over the telephone but it did not go well there was no empathy nor ownership on their mistake so I had to hang up and go to the bank personally and still no empathy or ownership again yes I was upset. I think that incident is based on how they treat me which honestly is ridiculous especially all the different interactions it obvious but this incident today was my last straw when I had a unexpected charge come out that was not suppose to and I asked for a courtesy fee refund when I barely use the account and I was told it was not a bank error which I never said it was I just asked for a courtesy which I have never ever had a fee refund. The representative reached out to her manager and I was left a voicemail the same response it was not a bank error which I am business banker myself and we extend courtesy fee refund unless it becomes Habitual but again I never had a fee refund. I called back and spoke with a manager who agreed with me that I never had a fee refund and refunded the fee when this could have saved me a phone call back. I decided to switch more of my direct deposit over but due to these experiences and treatment I am reconsidering keeping my relationship with Kellogg

Myra did a great job with my transaction. She is always smiling and has great energy. All the girls there are great, and they have great member service.

WORST EXPERIENCE!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I also know for a fact that some of the good reviews written below are by employees working there. ITheir systems are extremely outdated. You would never expect to be taken advantage of being someone who's made every single payment on time. You will end up paying more money than you are supposed to, they will find a way to make you pay somehow. If you are looking for valued customer experience I highly suggest you go somewhere else.

The Drake Road branch is always friendly and welcoming when I come into the branch and have to do my transactions. Also willing to work with me and help me with whatever I need to do. Kellogg Community Credit Union is a amazing credit union

Absolutely terrible bank! I try to give grace but this bank has the most rude and unprofessional customer service. Their over draft fees are absurd and honestly dont even make any sense. Do not bank here, and dont waste your time, go some where else !

KCCU strives to provide great products followed up with great services. The credit union always goes the extra mile for its members and provide tons of ways to bank remotely. Very good youth specials too!

I cannot thank Kellogg Community Credit Union enough. They have gone above and beyond my expectations of what a bank should be. I wanted to especially give a shout out to Stephanie. She was so understanding of my situation and did everything she could to help me out. She is one of the greatest examples of what customer service should be. I am a proud member of KCCU!
