I had such a great experience with this local KFCU branch! Jenay was so kind and helpful with my banking concerns! She exemplifies the best of KFCU Pascagoula!

I've always found this branch to be one of the better ones for KFCU. Always fastest in & out for loans. And the shortest wait times. I wish they would share their secret with the other braches. I have other banks both locally & online. Unfortunately, KFCU is not my favorite. Mainly due to negative customer service interactions, or long wait times at other branches. For example, auto loan preapproval. I thought the whole reason for getting preapproved was to not spend two hours watching the bank employee type all of my info into the cpu & waiting for an email to come back from another office in the building. All supporting documentation had already been submitted & I had the email stating everything was good. But, because I needed less than my preapproved amount, it had to be redone. So, 5 stars for this branch. But, 3 stars for KFCU as a whole.

This Branch is AWEFUL! Pam the Assistant Branch Manager is absolutely unhelpful, antagonist and seemingly combative which is deplorable when dealing with new members or potential new members. If you want the benefits of being part of a credit union go to Singing River Federal Credit Union. They will be more then happy to help you get the loan/banking you need and their customer service is AWESOME! Avoid Keesler like the plague!

We have been trying to get our house refinanced with Keesler because they had the lowest rate. However, the process has been a nightmare. We're on our third loan officer as the previous two have stopped replying to emails and calls. We were supposed to close on the refinance weeks ago. That day came and went without word. We reached out and were finally told that we would have to complete some renovations on our house. However, we were also told not to take money out of the loan account to make those renovations to our house because it could impact our credit. This process has taken four months! If they would have told us the refinance was dependent upon those renovations, we would never have gone this far. They charged us $500 for the inspection just to stall now. Unimpressed is an understatement.

Been banking here for years Pam the branch manager in pascagoula has always been there for us and the staff there is great as well

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, so bad that I am closing my account and taking my money elsewhere
