My salesperson Vicki is a jewel. She is very professional and knowable about the product.. As a female, I appreciated having a female salesperson to help me. I felt comfortable asking questions, and I was amazed at the quick and efficient process. No games! I would defiantly recommend Estabrook to a friend.

I was in Moss Point returning from a trip to Florida and my oil light came on. I looked up online for a nearby dealership and Estabrook popped up. I clicked and they gave me an appointment for the same day. They offered coffee,everyone came by the waiting area was so nice and friendly. I will be back. I live in Carrollton, MS.

Tony Jones is such a great salesman! I never once felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle; instead, he was understanding, kind, and patient with my decision-making. He was super informative about the vehicle I purchased. He even continued to stay in touch and help me with minor questions and issues days after the purchase. Chris (finance) was also patient with me, giving me time to make a decision with no pressure and no hassle. Even with 5 minutes before closing, both Tony and Chris made sure I was happy and satisfied with everything in regards to the purchase. After closing the deal, everyone on the sales floor congratulated me! Everyone was SO NICE!! Even though those other salesmen did not assist me, I felt they were all cheering me on! When we purchased our Used Armada we were told as long as we have the Nissan Tag on the front of our vehicle we would be able to have our Oil changed for $9.99. Well after a year that price went up to $14.99. That was fine. Well we just had our Oil changed 7/21 and we paid $55.72. When we called about the higher price we were told Nissan was only giving those who purchased a brand new vehicle would receive the $14.99 Oil change. Having the cheaper price for the Oil change was one reason we bought a Nissan. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BUY FROM NISSAN or Estabrook!

My transaction was as smooth as silk and pressure free. My sales associate was very polite, personable and very knowledgeable about the model vehicle I wanted. She took the time to show us where to go and how to proceed when service is required. Estabrook did not try to add any items beyond what I wanted.Their showroom was very clean and most importantly quiet.

Madeline called yesterday in response to a query I made. She made an offer and I accepted. Quickest purchase of a car I ever made. She just drove from Mississippi to deliver it to Pensacola, FL. Car is wonderful, the service was fast, and my wife and I are pleased. Most definitely do business again and refer friends. Already considering buying another for my wife.

We had an awesome experience at Estabrook. Everyone was so nice and accommodating . Madeline even offered to take me to lunch (I will be back for that) we leased a vehicle and everything went so so smoothly. From the test drive to the finance paperwork. I started by checking out every Nissan dealer within an hour of me online. I knew exactly what I wanted. When I submitted a request for information on the two 2020 SL models, Tim Odom texted me the exact information I wanted, but wasn’t pushy at all. I continued texting him for the day, then made a plan to go Saturday morning. He was there when I got there, got me the keys to both 2020s and let me get in both and check them out. Once decided, paperwork went quick, everyone was super polite

I bought every insurance available when I purchased my 2016 Rogue. I have 2 months left on my tire insurance. I have been having to add air to right passenger side front tire around once a month. My wife told the service department this info. They serviced the car and brought it back out and told her nothing was wrong with the tire. When she started the vehicle it alerted on the front drivers side tire being low. She told them and then had someone drive the car around the building a few times and come back, add air to the tire, and sent her on her way. Very dismissive and I was extremely upset.

We bought a truck and leased a Pathfinder on the same day. Did not intend on buying a truck, but go big or go home, right?? Madeline was outstanding through all steps of the process, from the time we walked in the door through service appointments after purchase. When we're ready for a Titan, we're calling her.

This was, by far, the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Vicki was fantastic! She was so great, we ended up taking two cars home, instead of one. Will definitely be back soon!

Ordered the rubber strip / moulding / whatchamacallit for the roof of car. Received the moulding / whatchamacallit for the frame of a car door a day later. Tried to return the misordered part. Was told that there's no returns for special orders. 2 stars for speedy but incorrect order.

I brought my car in for a warranty on my transmission. They kept my car for a day and told me they fixed the problem. Drive it for 500 miles if I had a problem bring it back. The next day I spoke with my warranty company they said I had 436 miles left on my warranty. When my brother a 50+ year mechanic who looked at transmission before I took it in and after said they did NOTHING to my transmission. So now I am going to trade it in, and get a truck. Yes easy buying experience but terrible on warranty

The sales lady Vicki did an awesome job in fact her no pressure sales after the day I had with other sales people at other dealerships that were high pressure was a relief. I had called ahead and asked about the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder sv after 🙏 if it was God's will.... they had 1 in stock. My appointment was at 3:30 pm for light switch. I did not leave the service department until 5:45 pm well after dark. That was the part I did not appreciate, but, overall it was good, thanks!

My service was great! I was able to get in and out no time. I was given a loaner car by Vicki in sales to go get lunch and before I was done eating the services department was calling me to come pick up my car. I stay in Alabama and it’s worth the drive to come over to Estabrook. It’s always a pleasure to come to Estabrook to see Paulette in Service and Vicki in sales. I always receive a follow up from Christie to see how my service was and she always extends her gratitude for me continuing to business with Estabrook.

I talked to one of your service technicians named Corey and he looked up a price for me on the vehicle to be serviced I brought the vehicle in before my appointment time and they went ahead and service the vehicle turns out it did not need as much fluid as we originally thought and instead of charging me for what he had already quoted me he done the honest thing which I greatly appreciate not to mention the vehicle was actually ready before my scheduled appointment which was pretty amazing. 10 out of 10 in every category.

Tony was very helpful, he gave me quite a few choices, he went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience with purchasing my nissan rogue sports. I was very satisfied with his level of expertise, I would definitely recommend him or the dealership to someone I know.

Horrible service. Made an appointment for simple oil change and tire rotation and arrived prior to appointment time and was told they expected me 2 1/2 hours earlier and I explained there must be an error on their part and was Told it would be an 1 1/2 wait. No one approached me. Customer service was completely lacking! No signage for service had to ask a random person in the parking lot where to go. I will never be going anywhere near any of the dealers associated with estabrook due to this lack of simple customer service!
