Sabrina and the Tower Loan Team were great along the whole process. They were very informative and explained everything in detail. I like that they are a smaller company which makes the the experience more personable and when you call a real person answers the phone. I also like that they are local. I am all about doing business with local company's where I can which helps the local economy and helps to create jobs in the community. I'm sure I will be doing more business with Tower Loan in the future.

My first experience was a lot better than my most recent. They seemed very understaffed, and explained the whole details of the loan in about 2 minutes. Also added all of these extra fees and charges, which brought my $2,000 loan to a balance of $4,600. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, will definitely be the last time I go here.

They were super friendly and professional. Answered and easily explained any questions I had. They made the application process as quick as they could possible for me and I truly appreciated it :)

I just opened a second account with Tower Loans after paying my initial loan with them. It has been a great way for me to consolidate my debt, pay them off and get my credit portfolio back to where I want it to be. Honestly, I had not even thought about the loan option until they sent me a check and all of the information I needed about the terms of the loan. Start to finish, everything is simple and straightforward. After I cashed the check, Tower loan sent me all of my account information and a link so that I could make all of my payments online, if I chose to do so. I logged in once a month, made my payment and the rest is history. I have only dealt with customer service once (which I believe is a testament to Tower Loans) as I have never had any issues related to my loan. I will say, the time I did talk with them, they were kind, helpful and straightforward. Thanks to Tower Loan, I am paying down my debt and my credit portfolio is getting stronger and more diversified. The best part is, my score is raising even faster than I had hoped. I would recommend Tower Load to anyone that needs help to get their credit back on track or for any other reason.

This office location was extremely kind and very professional. I more so love the fact my paperwork was ready upon my arrival. I wish I could specifically remember the young lady that assisted me because her attitude was very welcoming.

Excellent customer service. Extremely personable, professional and efficient staff. Even though my application encountered a slight problem, they rectified and came up with an immediate solution. My account manager and his supervisor made sure that I did not leave the office without a check in hand.

The application process was pretty straightforward and user friendly, my only complaint was how my bank account information was inadvertently used which caused a delay in the transfer of my loan...... but otherwise I was pleased with the service and will do business with them again in the future.
