The experience from beginning to end was amazing. We are definitely in different times for buying cars and never have we purchased a car sight unseen but it did not disappoint. Our sales person, Matthew Reyes was excellent! Very professional and easy to work with. Did a great job helping us pick our vehicle and kept us up to speed on the wait time for finance. He was there with us through the whole process. Finance was great too. They were upfront about the fees and didn’t add a markup like most dealerships do. Process was smooth and fairly quick, compared to our past experiences.

When my husband and I found a used car here for his commute to work, we were thrilled. We purchased the car on the spot. It had only ever been serviced at Keating which is where the previous owner had purchased it. We scheduled a second routine oil change at the dealership and after driving the car about 4000 miles my husband discovered the engine was almost completely empty of oil. We had zero issues with the car before that oil change. We called Keating immediately and worked with the service manager to schedule a consumption test. It took forever with the back and forth, but finally the service manager said that the corporate office would call us to discuss next steps since the car was clearly burning oil and the engine was damaged. It never happened. We called back and tried talking to the service manager and anyone who would listen but could get nowhere. We gave up hope then decided to give it one last try to get the issue resolved. We worked with someone supporting the service department while the manager is out, brought the car in for another diagnostic, and waited for the follow up with next steps. Never happened again. The service advisor did call with the results of the diagnostic..we already knew what they would find. The engine was shot and needed to be replace. I waited a week and reached out again to Michaela to see what the next steps would be to remedy the damage Keating did to the vehicle as she still failed to follow up. She denied all responsibility on the dealership's behalf and said we could call Honda to see if they would offer anything. So either Keating sold us a car that was already damaged and lied about it or damaged the vehicle during that oil change and will take responsibility for neither. We are hard working people that have been absolutely taken advantage of by this dealership and are devastated by their refusal to replace the engine or make an offer on finding a comparable vehicle. Do business with them after great consideration.
Lindsey, we are in the sales and service business. We take tremendous pride in performing repairs and servicing vehicles. It simply doesn't make good business sense to reject work when it's the very way to earn our livings. It's regrettable to read you didn't enjoy your experience with us.

We went in for routine service. The online scheduler was easy. The line was well managed. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, friendly, and informative. The work was done well and right in time. I came for the tire rotation and oil change special. The service team was backed up so my wait was about 2ish hours. Other then that, I was very pleased with the service. I do hope that my next maintenance wait will be less for the express service. I will give this location a few more visits and will try to update my review if something significant happens.

Amber (specifically) was excellent. She’s one of the service reps. She really was great. I'd hire her in a heart beat because she does everything I teach my sales team to do - listen well to what the customer needs and educate on the products/services you have and how your products/services can address the customer's needs. And if the customer tells you “no” after you’ve listened well and provided a solution, you leave them be. High pressure sales NEVER works! She did all of that and with a smile on her face!

Needed an oil change and recall done on my car, I work in Houston, they allowed me to drive a loaner car for the day. They worked with me on setting up an appointment that worked with my busy schedule and communicated throughout the day on how my car was doing, etc. Love this place! Everyone is always so helpful!

Today April 26, 2022, I had a scheduled appointment for 9 AM, I arrived at 8:50 AM. Upon arrival, I noticed there were approximately six cars parked in the service area. I pulled in and waited. there were no individuals inside of the cars. So I waited. While waiting two other individuals arrived and parked behind me. Eventually, a service representative came out, but did not come to me first although I arrived before the two individuals behind me. After the empty cars were moved and the two individuals behind me were serviced, I was stunned and shocked that no one came to assist nor check me in. I happened to be black and very sensitive to discrimination. The individuals who were serviced before me who happened to arrive after me happened to be white and the service representative also happened to be white. I did not wait, I left. A Keating person called me around 910 915Inquiring about my appointment I advised her, I had an appointment and I was there for the appointment but I was not serviced and I was disappointed to experience discrimination at Keating. I also advised them that I do not spend my money where i am not welcomed and totally disrespected. BLACK PEOPLE STOP GIVING SPENDING YOUR WHERE WE ARE NOT RESPECTED!!

I was in for an oil change and Pungi notice my passenger side mirror was broke. I advise him i know but it just not in my budget at this time. During the oil change he contacted me to advise me that I had 52 dollars of something like reward points. I said great the mirror is now within my budget and got it fixed.

Storie was my service representative. She greeted my in a timely manner. She was finishing another vehicle when I arrived and she informed me it would be a short wait while she finished up. She called Amber Craft, who assisted me with ordering my part the day before. Amber came out to greet me. Storie knew what work needed to be done and gave me an approximate time when it would be ready. When I was at the cashier she mentioned that 2 of her mechanics that assisted with my car knew me from looking at the work order. After leaving cashier, she took me to say hello. They were 2 of my former students from elementary school. I was so thrilled to see them as it had been many years. We briefly caught up and I left. Storie made sure I listened to my car before I drove off. It felt so welcoming because all the employees I had contact with were cordial, friendly and I felt like family. Our sales guy Tim Hollway (sp) is wonderful. Never felt pressured as I had been at the other dealership. Carmax on 45 North Houston is horrible. Poor customer service and individuals that didn't know or cared about their job. Definitely go back for our next vehicle.

Horrible service just left today 5/10. I got approved , and the did not want to sell me the car because I did not want to pay extra insurance on it. They don’t care about helping people without making money off of you. Choose another Honda dealership other than this location.

Honda is always my favorite car. I started with Honda and hope to end with it. I was driving civic and now I drive Accord 2018. I got my car brand new from Keating at Conroe. They helped me a lot as I was buying new car for the first time. Me and my uncle went to Keating and Brandon Wagner helped us to get the car. He has the best customer service. Not only him, all other staff have their own great customer service. He found the best deal he can for me. If you are planning to get new or pre owned Honda and Nissan car, I suggest Honda Keating is the best place. It is the reality. Got the best car of North America 2018 😊

I went in knowing I needed tires and thinking I needed struts. Darell could have just sold me $2000 worth of repair and I wouldn't have batted an eye. Instead he questioned me about it and had the tech check the struts. Nope didn't need them. Just tires. Saved me a grand. Same review. Different visit. Their service department is on point.

Brought my car in for a safety recall job that takes the whole day but the recall notice from Honda mentioned it will take about 1.5 hours. Service advisor (Amber) checked me in, make sure parts are in stock and arranged for shuttle to bring me home. First time using a dealership workshop shuttle service, not sure what to expect. It turns out to be a pleasant experience. The driver is an employee from the workshop and not a third party driver. The young man driver was courteous and drive without rushing. The same shuttle service came to my home to pick me up when my car is ready to be picked up. Happy that they offer this arrangement.

Honda clutch pedal bracket (17 yrs) broke. In Saturday, part delivered Wednesday, fixed Thursday. Note: Part 213.99 (quoted @ 260-280) 104.72 (online) Labor 255 Repair orders 35.70 Total. $525.29 ಥ_ಥ Had to get it done the right. They did do recommended general maintenance checklists (35.70). This clutch pedal bracket better last another 17 yrs!

I serviced my car here every time and it was very easy. The reason for my 5 stars though is the salesmen Jorge Lujan. When it was time to sell my car, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and treated me with the most professional respect I’ve ever had. He let me keep my plates but insisted he wipe them down before handing them to me. He made the process so enjoyable and easy, i was in and out in about an hour. Keating Honda was great! The staff kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. They fully explained exactly what needed to be done, why it needed repair & the cost. When I picked my car up, I had a chance to leave the repair pick up area and go into the show room area. Wow, it was immaculate, roomy and attractive. I definitely do not recommend this car dealership. The advertised price is not what they’re charging because they sneak an extra $5k in “mandatory” features. They force you to have the Apex protection on the windows, paint, and interior. The salesman Robert could careless whether or not we bought from them and told me to take it or leave it multiple times. I went 2 car lots down to cowboy Kia and got a better deal on a newer challenger and was not forced to purchase any add on if I wanted the car. Do not go to this dealership unless you want to spend $5k extra

When I made the appointment, I had talked to service advisor, Darrell Hoop, and he told me what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. We moved away from Keating Honda and we drove 2 hours to get the car serviced at Keating. Darrell had told me it would take about 3-1:2 hours and it took a few minutes less than that. And the cost was what he had told me. I am very pleased with the service. I am 78 years old and I am leaving Saturday to drive to Reno, NV with 2 other women.

I can not say enough genuinely GOOD things about nick (my salesman), chad (my finance guy) and keating Honda as a whole!!!! I went in to simply test drive an accord and left 2 hours later with a brand new beautiful accord EX-L. I'm a HAPPY customer! My salesman CHAD was awesome. It began as an internet sale. They had the vehicle I wanted (EX-L, Platinum White with Ivory leather interior). I cannot give them five stars because they have that horrible business practice of adding dealer options AND those options are not listed on their web page price. My vehicle had $2800 of options that I did not want. I was also prepared with vehicles and offers from several other dealers in the area. That being said, CHAD and I were able to agree upon a reasonable price, I qualified for excellent financing, and BRETT understood my financial situation as a retired educator when I was in financing with the final paperwork. I think I got a good deal on the vehicle price and my trade in. I'm no fool. I know they made a profit. After all, they are a business. I love the vehicle and I'm happy with the deal. So there.

If you go to Keating Honda, please I would advise you to speak or request Jorge Lujan. He is a sales rep at the dealership, and he’s very knowledgeable and kind. He comes from a very diverse background leading management at Audi, BMW, and Lexus dealers. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, I left the BMW dealership to go see Jorge. Needless to say after 6 times getting denied through finance Jorge did everything he could to get me approved. I walked out of that dealership with a low mileage 2020 BMW M Sport. I had went to nine other dealerships before this and the experiences were horrible, have jorge help you, he’s an honest and great person to have lead the way and get you into the vehicle YOU want! Just bought a new 2020 Honda Civic from Wes, and I could not be happier. We had a great experience from start to finish. They were willing to work with us on a trade in and an extended warranty (I drive over 80 miles 4 days a week so I definitely needed the extra coverages). After a routine oil change, a Keating Honda Service Advisor tried to gouge me for $2400. They had FAILED CRITICAL CONCERNS in RED ink on my service recommendations making me think my car wouldn't even make it back home even though it was really preventative maintenance. I called my father because I was upset and unsure of my vehicles road worthiness. My father called to ask some questions and spoke to ( Roger Hickey ) Service Advisor, he was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. Best way to lose business is have people like this represent your business that don't care about their job and can't listen to a customers concern. My father asked for a Manger and spoke with Craig who really listened, seemed genuinely concerned and agreed that the situation should have been handled differently. People like Roger Hickey should not be in the customer service business.

Just another dealership that adds on tons of "upgrades" making the price way over msrp, and uses the same old tired negotiating tactics on trade ins. Price I was quoted was no where near online price, even with destination. Multiple cars weren't even available even though it was still listed online

Great experience. Worked with Matt Bryant (Sales) and Mike Boston (Sales Director). Matt spent a lot of time with my wife and I as we checked out a 2018 Pilot. We had our 6 month old son with us and he was patient as we both took turns test driving the SUV. Matt understood every inch of the vehicle and what differentiated it from other SUV's in its class. He treated us with respect and made us feel like we were friends of his. Mike explained in detail the terms of the deal, which was MUCH appreciated after having gotten the run around from a few other dealerships. We moved forward with the purchase.
