This company manipulated me into a predatory, illegal loan. I started taking steps to resolve the issues 3 years ago and got the runaround and big empty lies, which led me to the worst time in my life. Many more sordid details but I'll say this much. These people are shady. Not all of them. Some are good but the bad cancels out the good. Kaye's practices are immoral and unethical and they should not be in business. Zero stars.

I can’t say enough about Kelley Merrit!!! I was able to get my loan approved in 11 days with rate in the low 3’s. Didn’t have to buy any points and was a very smooth process!!! Definitely recommend them for your mortgage lending need. Kelley was not only my realtor my loan originator, which made start to finish easy as possible. Thank you for everything!!!!

Jennifer Seller at Kaye Financial/Keller Williams Royal Oak has been my agent for four real estate transactions and two mortgages. I've also recommended her to several friends, all of whom were complimentary during and after their moves. She is professional, knowledgeable, absolutely no-nonsense, and (possibly most important) *responsive*. I just bought a new house through her; it took 11 months and I withdrew one (accepted) offer after inspection. Throughout the entire search she was patient with questions and not only understanding but supportive of my needs/decisions. Once my latest offer had been accepted she handled the details in a comprehensive manner that kept my stress level as low as one can reasonably expect. Tough market or not, you need an agent who's clearly in your corner- Jennifer is, and that's why I not only recommend her but will absolutely engage her in any future real estate transactions.

Marci Kozin is beyond top in her field. She is very intelligent but most of all she solves problems, high jumps hurdles that can hurt the process, and, very street smart!

Advance Mortgage - Suzanne Cavanaugh needs training in how to be a professional in the business world. She neglected to give us heads up that her client had not made their payment and then blamed us.

This is our second loan with Dana Durand at Kaye Financial Corp. Her interpersonal communication skills & analytical skills are amazing. She is very responsive, organized, patient, honest, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and trustworthy. She arranged the whole loan process in a short time and we felt organized throughout the process. Dana listened to what our primary goals were and found the most cost effective deal for our needs.
