This was my second refinance. My first experience was not good at all. This time was quite the opposite due to my mortgage officer Anthony Rasho. He was professional and always prompt to follow up with any questions I had. Unlike before, Anthony's information was accurate and to the point. I would highly recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

Giving this experience a 5 star review, Patrick O'Brien gave me a call to simply compare numbers and my monthly payment on purchasing my first home. He walked me through the entire process and got me the best rate out of 5 people I was talking to. The service that I was provided during the after the process is why I decided to leave a review. I will be recommending Patrick for my friends and family.

I received a call from “JOHN” a MODERN MORTGAGE representative. He asked for me by name but I didn’t recognize him or the business he was calling from, so I responded “Sorry you have the wrong number”. He immediately responded in a harsh and accusatory tone “WHY ARE YOU LYING Krista, I’ve spoken to you on this number before, WHY ARE YOU LYING”? I asked John to remove my number from his call log & not to call my number again. I’m completely shocked, offended and angered by the tone and verbiage used by this customer service rep. “JOHN” was unprofessional, rude and offensive. IF I had previously considered doing business with Modern Mtg., I can assure you my experience with “JOHN” has solidified my decision to move forward WITHOUT MODERN MTG. If you’re looking for professionalism… LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Worst mortgage company I've ever dealt with. Anthony is a liar pretending to be another branch manager when I asked to speak to someone else. I can't believe he has the nerve to conduct business like this! He made false promises and wasted my time! I believe the 5 star reviews are FAKE! I recommend anyone not to ever do business with them!
