My first lease went okay, then after I tried an additional lease, my account was locked, I cannot log in, and am still expected to make payments? Support tells me absolutely nothing about why I can't log in, just that I am unable to. They want me to put money into a black box and just 'trust' that it's going to the right place at the right time. Furthermore, I have to go through the labyrinth of automated chat prompts to access any info regarding my account. I will never use this service again and will instruct all those considering it to avoid at all costs.

Honestly haven't had an issues today. I needed to get a brand new bed and I was able to get approved through them. My credit isn't the greatest and this is a great opinion for people like me with horrible credit. The payment are completely reasonable and the customer support has been amazing. I already referred a friend of mine to them.

They added a 5% "tax" for themselves- that's what they called it, without anything written in the contract. This was in the 90 day buy out period where they aren't supposed to charge any extra. Just the lease total and state sales tax. Individual companies cannot charge their own tax. I want my 5% back that doesn't belong to you!!

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I will be suing them for not only harassment, but fraudulent billing. They never owned up to having their information wrong and never resolved my account after 10 calls and several emails. Next thing you know I have a collection bill coming through my email for $800, when all I have from them is a desk lamp for $62.99 and two desk mats that cost $30 each. Now, if you do the match please tell me how this adds up to $800 dollars? Then when I pulled up my bank statements that show I've paid. This is the worst place. I'm suing!

The worst company to lease from, you'll end up paying double for what you order tried it out for a huge purchase figured paying over time is great but NO bee making weekly payments for 6 months and the buyout price is still higher than the original price I paid. IT IS NOT WORTH IT PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY'RE PRETTY MUCH LOAN SHARKS

PLEASE BE AWARE. Customer Service supervisor advised me that the company had NO FLEXIBILITY when it comes to the Early payment option ''to be fair with everyone'' her words. A company giving customers willing to pay off completely their lease a 7 days grace period in the middle of a pandemic? LAUGHABLE. After 3 leases with them, they couldn't even extend an exceptional courtesy. If you are reading this, please don't give your hard earned money to these money hungry people who don't value loyal customers and shop elsewhere

Very easy and very helpful. No pressure with transparent terms. No penalty for early pay off. Fair payments if you take the lease. Until you try to opt out then they don't take your calls. Give you the run around and try to lag until you go past the date of no return. I had to get the store I purchased item from yo chase them down and finally process my return. It took over 30 days to get it done.

I had a rough time with customer service but im sure thats just life now when dealing with companies outside ur area lol. In the end, it was an overall good experience. I had $600 left on my lease from a $1400 purchase and they wrote it off in good faith because i stayed on time with all my payments :) that is a first time ive experienced something like that!!! 💞

Never use them, they are thief they will charge you more on what your contract amount is. And do not use there Covid 19 option you will be ending up paying additional money bc it’s not gonna be reduced from the amount you owe. It’s just crazy I lost a lot of money with them

I signed up for a monthly plan. They started billing me weekly. The interest is extremely high and the amount changes weekly although the lease amount was fixed. Bait and switch. Not worth it! Would have been cheaper to put the computer on a credit card. Affirm is the best company. DO NOT USE KATAPULT!

I wish I could give them zero stars!!! They do not listen to their customers. You tell them to turn off auto pay and they don’t and they continue to take money out of your account sometimes they take two payments in the same day. They do not refund and they blame customers for their own mistakes. Worst service company ever!!! They are thieves!!! Wayfair is better without them!!!!
