Fund That Flip has been a great investment decision for me and my family. They are customer-friendly at all levels. Once you are set up, the investment process is straightforward to use. The detailed information about each property makes it easy to decide to invest or not. The regular monthly payments go directly into your linked bank account. I plan to be a dedicated investor for many years to come.

Best real estate lending platform - hands down. The combination of technology, underwriting process, and the quality of the developers/borrowers on the platform makes it much easier to achieve a positive ROI. They make it almost impossible to miss up if you do the bare minimum due diligence. I have a few friends who are interested in using the platform but they are not accredited investors. The only thing I wish for is to have a lower-risk (managed fund?) to allow access to this class of investors. My personal experience has been very positive and I am gradually moving more funds from other real estate investment vehicles to Fund That Flip. Keep up the good work!

I have been investing on FTF for 4 months. Pretty easy platform to use and customer service is very responsive. I currently invest with my self-directed Solo 401K. But you can easily set up non-qualified entity also. They have many available borrowers to lend to. But I mostly invest in their funds, which have minimums of $1k, because I like the diversification. Although funds mature quickly, there are always 2 to 3 funds available. Rates range from 7 to 9% and returns have been spot on.

I've been investing with FTF for a couple of months now, and so far have had a wonderful experience. Every time I have a question and email in, I get a timely, helpful, and friendly response! I appreciate the transparency they give their investors, and their decision making seems solid. Interest is already rolling in, and we're excited to invest more with them going forward!

I started investing with Fund That Flip just over a year ago now (Nov 2020) and have been impressed using the platform. I've got both retirement funds as well as non-retirement funds with linked accounts and direct deposit. Returns are spot on with the prospectus with the exception of if there are late fees (only one investment has had those so far out of 11 investments) you get more. Same with the one other that is getting an extension. The company is also very responsive when you have a question or issue (both email and phone), such as attaching a new account or creating a new entity or a question on an investment.

After having a little trouble getting my account opened, I have had nothing but a great experience with Fund that Flip. It is an outstanding investment platform and has even become more transparent with the ability to see borrowers' prior borrowing experiences with Fund that Flip. The platform is easy to use. You can commit to lend on individual properties or multiple properties through a fund. The returns are outstanding. This is an excellent opportunity to earn better than market rates on your money, without committing to a long-term investment time period.

I was looking for something to diversify my portfolio outside the stock market and found Fund That Flip. After a fair amount of due diligence, I have been investing for ~6 months so far and it has met my expectations. I like the ability to choose between individual projects or their pre-funding / bridge note offerings, with all of different investment periods available. The interest payments have been timely and offer a decent return for the risk involved. I also like that the CEO shares his own investment portfolio so you feel the skin in the game from the executives.

Excellent returns and good transparency about investments. Initially, we did individual projects but lately are doing the prefunded diversified notes to hopefully lower risk. We have done roughly 10 deals so far and have been very happy with the results. Website is also easy to navigate.

Fund that Flip is a great alternative investment. I have invested in their bridge note portfolios and built a ladder for myself. This way I get diversification, earn between 7 to 9% interest and have cash flow coming from different maturities. I like their dashboard which is very intuitive. Their response rate is quick. I have recommended it to my friends and family.
