Horrible Bank manager. I have been going to this bank and depositing escrow checks for my company for years. He woke up on the wrong side of the bed one day and made his own rule and deemed my checks need to be made out to a certain entity. Note that I go every week and deposit over 40 checks never once has there been a problem which I told him. His explanation was it doesn't matter what happened before and in the past it might cause a problem in the future in an annoyed and arrogant tone. I Went the next day with an indemnity agreement with BOA that allows us to deposit third party checks which I showed paperwork for and that shut him up real quick. He reluctantly accepted my checks and the next week I came in to deposit checks he didn't even come out he just told the teller he wasn't accepting my checks even though I have an indemnity agreement. I walked 3 blocks down to the next BOA on 6th ave and they took my checks no problem.

No notary! Such a simple customer service item that so many banks provide so easily

Came in on a Saturday (today). Hours showed they were open--and indeed, they were open. But they young man running the show stated that Bank of America was not scheduling tellers on Saturday. My transaction required a teller, so we just stared at each other until I left, really confused. Why are you open with three visible bankers working with 0 customers, and I can't have a two minute transaction with a human? No 'sorry about the wasted trip.' just stared...

Had a great experience getting a cashiers check here. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! Nice to see them reopen after COVID :)

I've been to several locations and this is by far, the one with the slowest and lowest quality service. They have only one teller and when asked to have additional ones, the manager just tells you to go to a different branch.

Jordan and Amnol are always professional and willing to help. Their customer service skills are awesome. I visit this location at least once a week and they’re always smiling and willing to go above and beyond with all my banking needs. Thank you both for your exceptional work. Need more tellers like them!

Absolutely horrible service. Went to get a simple document notarized and not only was he late for my appt but he cited some BS law that I needed to get a certificate from a lawyer. He told me if I wanted to get it notarized I would have to go to Jersey. First of all, what? And secondly, Sir...I walked 3 blocks to UPS and they did it in 5 min thank you very much. He was rude from the moment I walked in and spoke to me like I was incompetent. I've had an account with BOA for 10 years but the taste this interaction left in my mouth is giving me strong cause to reconsider.

Very bad experience at this location , never any tellers ready to service, and employees are very unprofessional , they also seemed like they're biased as well. They refused to cash my checks which were from NYS !,multiple times . Went to the location on 34th street , cashed my checks without a problem . They also whisper to each other about customers while the costumers are present (unprofessional ). I plan to speak someone about it very soon

Slowest tellers ever, making mistakes with simple transactions. Waited for 15 minutes just to be told there's no notary any longer.

The waiting is terrible and the need to set appointment for small little things was a waste of time!
