This used to be my go-to branch, however over the past year all of the experienced bankers left and have been replaced with very new, very unexperienced bankers and management. Taking my business somewhere else!

Good, quick service for a bank, despite it being a busy location. They also have donuts and coffee samples for free most days for banking customers. This is a solid chase bank branch.

Came in and recieved help instantaenously. I was a bit confused about a certain function of my account and their staff was a great help and extremely friendly throughout the time I was being assisted.

Very rude! There are many conversations regarding brokerage clients becoming undone while there account is being managed by a financial advisor. However, there was and instance when a clients file was transferred from a contra firm to a JP. Morgan brokerage account. Sadly, to say there were many discrepancies and errors when the account was finally settled into the new brokerage. Unfortunately, after many attempts to contact this advisor and complaints to the executive offices regarding this employee and his unprofessional behavior and possible attempt to sabotage our account. Lastly, four months go by and we finally received a phone call however, we were greeted by an angry financial advisor yelling and screaming regarding why we have complained! Mind you the problem still exist missing assets and the account value was not adjusted correctly.

Love the bank here. The bank tellers are really nice and usually there are donuts on sample for their customers! It's Dunkin Donuts too so if you really love them, then become a customer of this bank. They also usually wish you a Happy Birthday if you happen to go there on your birthday.
