It is a former disgruntled employee who wants to damage the former owner of AAA Pawn because the wife sold the existing business to Just Pawn it after the owner Mark passed. All loans were transferred to 4030 Tyler in Riverside for his customers to pick up or renew. Signs on the old location were posted and all customers notified by mail when their loans were due. No items were stolen. Mark's brother and family and employees are doing everything possible to hurt Mark's wife because they wanted to hurt her for selling it. Mark's estate is going through probate and this is one way they are getting back at her. If anyone had a loan with Mark at AAA pawn please stop by at the address above as the owner of Just Pawn it, is holding all Mark's loans longer than the law requires to give everyone a chance to pick them up.

Awesome place , was in and out real quick . Gave me a great deal I loved the experience here the guys ,,((Alfred &Adam))were extremely helpful friendly and honest . I definitely would recommend anyone to come here and will return if needed in the future 😄 ✌️👍

Sucks places like these exist , Offer you the worst pricing on everything , good power tools , gold , consoles , this place preys on people who are in need of money and rips you dry , fk this place , can’t wait to see this dump shut down

I’ve been looking for some speakers recently and thought I should look into pawn shops, Just Pawn It was close to me and decided to check it out. Awesome prices and the customer service was great. Attentive staff and they were able to answer the questions I had. They had a lot of inventory and will definitely be going back.

Very helpful in getting me my guitar case! Great customer service. So helpful they even gave me a water because my throat was dry haha. Also I have been here multiple times definitely recommend this pawn shop .

Great place unfortunately I answered the wrong question in the survey they do not accept anything but cash I put that they do accept credit cards but that is not true it was a mistake other than that this is a great place and I've never had a problem the people that work there are professional and courteous and they even help me to get my wallet back one time when it got lost at the bus stop long story I'm sure you don't want to hear about it however just know that they're decent honest people

Awesome experience. Very helpful with getting me my snowboard and very cool on the price!! Definitely reccommend them and Brian was extremely helpful in finding me what i was looking for !!

Employees were nice but they don't have a lot in the store. When I called a man told me that they have a lot jewelry but the selection wasn't big and I didn't find anything there as a mother's day gift.

This place never opens on time so don't expect that to happen. It looks like a bomb went off in someone's garage. The older lady never stops talking and her transactions take forever. The newer Hispanic lady that works there is awesome. She's a keeper. They can't properly determine value. The "system" is always down. Please get a new one. Not the worst but they could improve.

Do not waste your time these guys will try to lowball which is expected in a pawn shop but offering 10% of value then trying to talk you into selling after they insulted you Just shows their type of business I needed a $8000 loan short term so I brought my Rolex 41 mm two-tone date just with box and papers at first they were very envious and couldn’t believe why I would have Such a Watch commenting that it’s fake then lowballing offers trying to buy when I clearly didn’t want to sale then they purposely damaged the box an paperwork so I would just say the hell with it and sale it I would not recommend doing business here they are not professional whatsoever A family member had pawned a gold chain an charm bracelet Paid off the loan after 6 months and they lost the necklace an bracelet was broken an missing charms I guess

I have never had a pawn shop that went so above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Alfred gave me multiple options to help me when he was unable to due to his hands being tied (understandably so). Not only that, but the store itself has a wide variety of inventory for anyone looking for basically anything and everything. There loan rates and prices are fair as well (which for some reason is harder and harder to find at pawn shops these days). I highly recommend checking them out.

I’ve been coming to just pawn it for years now! And what I can say is that the respect in this place is real. Great customer service is always given at top notch every single time! I came in in desperate need of new washer, old one broke down in the middle of kitchen remodel. I have disability, can not lug clothes back and forth to laundry mat. I felt like a burden running to my parents house, they have health issues.You do, what you have to do, for family. I was treated with respect, very kind associates, I thought I was going to faint,having to pawn against my jewelry. I will be running making payments. Sometimes in life we have to make decisions, and not to ask other family members. Our water heater works, when it wants to. Our heater for house,warms up then gets cold. Need a new roof etc... but this just lessened one of our stressors. God is good.Matthew 6:19 Stop storing up for yourselves treasures on the earth, were moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal. 20. Rather, store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, were neither moth nor rust consumes,and were thieves do not break in and steal. 21. For where your treasure is,there your heart will be also.

So the store is cool got alot of great instruments. The gentleman with the ponytail, heavy set guy, character wasn't a great one. gave cold answer when asked for assistance . Customer service I give one star. The younger gentleman, I believe plays at a church, great kid extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to see me helped. Especially when seeing the heavy gentleman didn't want to deal with anyone. This is my honest review. Great store, should check that guys mentality.

I've come here many times and they offer good deals on everything. Their customer service only sucks since they are usually understaffed in busy times. Once they get to you though they are helpful, polite, and almost always willing to negotiate a price on their wares. Good people, not shady like the rest!

Nice place, friendly, unlike other spots. Got good deals on the items I sold there. Brian the worker was very helpful and held a conversation. Will definitely be back 👍
