Arrowhead Credit Union Magnolia Ave, Riverside

I have been a member since the mid-90s. My only complaint is that they do not have any branches in the area where I live. The closest branch is an hour away. There used to be a few credit unions in my area that also served as a service center for Arrowhead members, but for some reason it stopped. Im thinking about closing my account due to the inconvenience.

I am so happy to switch from wells fargo to arrowhead. I can see more value in my money now by refinancing my car with them can't be happier. Also they help me to buy my first home through one of their affiliate partners. Thank you Arrowhead.

I have always had a great experience with this credit union. The customer service here is awesome, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. I would really recommend Arrowhead for your banking needs.

I’ve been banking with Arrowhead Credit Union for 12 yrs now. Switched over from another big very well known bank that I hated. ACU has very friendly staff and always greet you with a smile. I have gotten car loans and personal loans from ACU and its always a great experience. I highly recommend switching over to ACU.

I have been a member for almost 6 years now. I got an auto loan with them which helped me buy my first car and I got really low interest. I absolutely love being a member.

The tellers are very friendly, they treat you more like family instead of just a customer. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in line. It's an overall good place to do your banking.

They give you the run around when you need to open up a bank account! Steer clear from them

This branch is closer to where I live than the San Bernardino branch, however I have always received outstanding customer service in SB, and cannot say the same about this branch. When I visit the Riverside branch my experience is either unremarkable or negative. The exception to this was a young man, I believe his name was Caleb but am not sure. This young man had an excellent attitude, friendly and genuine. The only time I have ever rung the "Excellent Service" bell was after being helped by him. I visit the bank several times a week, but do not look forward to visiting this branch. The tellers who help me seem disingenuous when they do act friendly, or seem altogether impatient. Were it not for the fact that there is almost never a long queue at this location I would have given it 2 stars. Despite the fact that I rarely have to wait long in line at the Riverside branch, there is sometimes a problem with their system that forces me to wait for it to resolve itself. This has happened on at least 3 occasions. The wait is not usually more than 5 minutes. I am also curious as to why this branch does not have a teller opening for the handicapped? I use the handicap window in SB, but have never seen a lowered window or seat for the handicapped in the Riverside branch. I really wish the San Bernardino branch was located nearer to where I live and do business. However this branch is unfortunately quite a bit closer.

DO NOT USE ATMs AT THIS LOCATION!!! I used the ATM to withdraw $20 and the machine did not dispense the cash. I showed the girl inside the ATM receipt and my online banking showing the withdrawal went through and isn't pending and she said that because I am a member of another CU that I have to dispute charge with my CU. NOTE: I will change rating if my CU actually resolves this otherwise I will file fraud charges against Arrowhead.

I am only giving 5 stars because the rep named Yoyci is the most extremely nicest person there! Like the other people look stuck up! I went in there with a friend and my friend asked questions and she answered all of them and I like how charismatic she is. Because of the experience I had with this rep I will be opening an account at arrowhead. Good job Yoyci!
