I came here after being told by Money Tree they wouldn't cash my check because "they didn't want to be affiliated with that type of business." Luisa helped me out the first time and they gladly cashed my check. I've been back a total of 3x and each time they always go above and beyond on their customer service and professionalism. Luisa is a huge reason I come back and cash my checks here. Her energy is always over the top and she makes sure I understand everything first. Thank you for making it easy to cash my checks.

I think it's the best place in riverside for cash and checks for people are very polite and kind and tell their name lisa she was the best attorney and I had a pandemic check to cash and they didn't charge me nothing absolutely zero I haven't cash to check there and since 2016 and I got right in right out without any problems! My 1st time cashing in a check so I decided to call 1st. Chris reassured me he can assist me and before I hung up he asked me if I needed the address. When I got there Chris assisted me he was so helpful professional and made my experience great and quick especially since he saw I had my toddler. Overall excellent customer service and experience.

I usually visit the Moreno Valley office and do my stuff online but I had to visit this office. My first time experience today was great. I wish I got the kind gentlemans name. He was very welcoming and he answered all my questions. I'd definitely go back- if needed.

My experience here was amazing! I love this location, I live closer to the one in San Bernardino but I’d rather make the drive because it’s worth it. Kim or Kimberly is such an amazing worker, I only go to her because she’s super fast and efficient. I love how she always has a smile on her face and always makes me feel welcomed. Rosie, Bertha, & Chris, definitely are the most helpful and friendly people to help you apply for your payday loan. They tell you the process, the payment dates, and you can even make a payment earlier then the due date. They’re able to work with you with care, confidence, & and security. 100% I will definitely recommend them

I went in and first was told no to a payday loan using my EDD payday because i didn’t have the physical card.. They decided to do it because the deposits I transferred to my account.. I Sat there waited for they’re system to come back on for 30 minutes and then comes back and tells me my credit check did t approve me!??? Is t this a payday loan!? We don’t run your credit they say? I did not sign anything saying my credit check would decide my decision.. This is bogus advertising and bogus customer service and a waste of time!!! I could of left when they said “NO” the first time.. very unprofessional kept telling me to hold on its they’re system messing up what a joke.
