IF YOU WANT TO GET A LOAN OR SELL YOUR GOLD DON’T COME HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT COME. I brought in 3 chains all from jewelry stores and they said all of them weren’t gold.(even my chain from Dubai like lol they’re selling fake gold in the richest country in the world. Lmao GTFOH) Which I thought was weird so I took them all to get check and a professional jeweler confirm all we’re indeed gold. So I don’t know if the employees knew what they’re doing or what but now I know not to come here

I will never be going here again. Every time I come in they give me a price that is way to low for any item I have brought in. They always call my products old when I’ve had them for a year or less. They never even test the items or look it up they just offer what is most convenient for them which is always 20 or less. I’m so done with this place none of them know what they are talking about, they always seem like they have attitude and a negative opinion about every price I say I want my stuff for.

Very friendly staff and easy to do business with, specially Addy, she was very nice with us and helpful, I ended up buying a gaming laptop for my daughter for a great price! I found this pawn shop on google and went there because of the good reviews even though it wasn't that close to home. They didn't disappoint me, I highly recommend them.

I went to this location to find my son a tablet, I didn’t need a new fancy one for him he’s only two and watches educational videos, I was greeted by all the lovely works there which is nice, addy was the one who helped me out to find a tablet and was every helpful and super nice! We found a good enough tablet and was at a good price as well! Over all I had a good experience and great customer service from Addy. Will be shopping here anything else I need

Amazing customer service! Today when I went in to the shop, they were extremely busy, and it was just Dakota and Kevin. They seemed to help everyone with ease. and everyone seemed to leave pleased with themselves. Dakota also helped me out with picking out some jewelry and putting it on layaway for a GREAT deal!

GPS took me out the way for this one. But was worth it, Adilene was extremely helpful with pawning my laptop for the near future and even though I haven't ever been a customer here she took a chance on me. all around great service . I'd highly recommend

Was in a. Major rush this evening making it in just a few minutes before close and a young woman named Lucy helped me out and was extremely nice. Place was laid back. Didnt feel rushed in anyway was in and out. All in all ill be back.

Kevin and his team were phenomenal in service. They were knowledgeable and were able to assist me. I was also surprised to see the amount of items they have to purchase: instruments, electronics, jewelry, tools, etc. Definitely somewhere worth the visit whether buying or selling!

I don’t do many reviews, actually I’ve done ONE my entire life. This review is long overdo. They deserve my five stars. Dakota and Kaleb are wonderful. I’ve dealt with Dakota more and he has always, I mean always, been so helpful to me. Great customer service and explains a lot to me when I’m there. I trust them, and that says a lot. Thanks for all the help guys! I wish I had found them before I went to a different pawn shop, because now regret giving the other pawn place my time and business. After going to Jumping Jack’s and being treated so well by Dakota, I won’t go anywhere else with my business.

Lucy was positive and very helpful from the first contact when I called though the entire transaction. I'm very impressed with the integrity and service of this business and Lucy in particular. I had a bad experience at another shop and this was so much better

I shop at all of the locations they sold me fake gold, showed my receipt and they said I was lying. It’s the same item pictured in there system, same weight karat and everything, and called ME a liar. I will never shop here again.

Drove from downtown due to the message machine stating you closed at Monday-Saturday at 7pm. Once I arrived the 2 employees we're leaving at 5:53pm. I asked about the hours and the guy pointed to the sign and said "we close at 5pm" but you can come tomorrow. Please change your voicemail to the correct time. Customers are not number 1 by your employees response. Not ok to drive from downtown to Smoky hill due to lack of work ethics. Customer pay your bills. We all should remember that. Although I love the staff here. It only take 2 to change a customers perspective. Thanks

Great customer service from Lucy, she got me exactly what I was hoping to get for the tools I pawned. absolutely will return to this specific location, they had a wide variety in the store and we were helped immediately, even so close to closing time on a Saturday! Highly recommend you check out this shop for all your buying and selling needs!

The employee's friends & families must give them good reviews. My experience is that they lowball prices and they're sarcastic. I have dealt with nicer people, didn't feel like I was being cheated, and got a better sale using Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace & Ebay.

Any time I come in to this location everyone is always friendly, I always have at-least one laugh and they hustle hard. They work with you looking for ways to help you instead of just the typical business as usual. Most recently Joanna helped me and did all she could to get me what I needed and I was very appreciative. I definitely recommend going here for any of your pawning needs. Stopped in today to get a loan to get me by until my check came in and i was taken care of by Jose and Lucy. They took care of me on my first time in. It was quick and painless. If your in a pinch or need a good deal on some items come in.

This store has always had what I needed, reasonable prices and great staff. They're ready to help you as soon as you walk in the door. Carlos is an exceptional worker who makes sure to take care of any customer and goes above and beyond to ensure great service. The whole crew is run by an amazing manager, Lee who always puts a smile on any customers face. Fantastic pawn shop, wont go anywhere else!

The employees were very helpful and kind, especially Lucy. I have been to plenty of pawnshops and this one is definitely my favorite. Unlike others they are not shady and offer good prices. I definitely suggest you come in here if u need to sell or pawn.

Do not buy tools I bought a 1/2 impact that I used to take 2 front tires off and the reverse went out so I took my Receipt back to the store asking for exchange or return and I was told I only have 24 hours that I was pretty much screwed and there was nothing they would do $240 down the drain. I run a small business and would never do a customer like that bad business people. . .

So. I drive 10 miles today to purchase an item that an employee (Joanna), had posted for sale on the site OfferUp. The item was described as a 14K gold necklace with an emerald pendant. And a 14 K gold ring with an emerald. When I get to the store. The ring was 10 karat. And so was the necklace. This isn't my first time dealing with this place. As the first time an item was labeled 20 dollars cheaper than it was as posted on the site OfferUp. I noticed that they say one thing then it is different when you get to the store. Bad business and I would highly recommend anybody to shop around before dealing with Jumping Jack Cash. Especially when the owner was standing right there as I disputed the item. And the girl didnt even tell me the necklace was 10 karat even after I asked was it 14 karat.And my first experience the worker (Addy) was rude and acted as if she didnt want to help me until she seen I was the person from the site OfferUp. And they are selling FAKE JORDANS...
