Went here to get a loan, first I was told that I didn't pay off a loan prior. Then they said they had me in collections for not paying off said loan. After they call the collections department and do some research they realize that I did in fact pay off my loan completely. Still need to find out if that has been affecting my credit for 2 years. Then after being there an hour and being declined for no reason at all they offer me 300 dollars. So I walked away and will not do business with them ever again. Neither should you. Also one lady in there never greeted us or even really glanced our direction. I believe she was the assistant Manager.

Raymon is absolutely amazing. Every time I call he’s never rude or in a hurry. The process is very fast and easy. Regardless what I need the money for I never feel less than or judged when I leave. This is by far the best place to get a loan.

Shay at store 1574 in colorado very pleasant. She was the only person working and phone kept ringing. She handed every call like a professional. Never got upset or frazzled while still taking care of me. Very impressive and professional

If I could I’d give 0 stars I have Called and left voicemails because I can never talk to anyone when I am returning phone calls to find out that they have not checked their voicemails and there’s nothing notated on my account. FYI: I called on wed at 4:40pm had to lvm but they were supposed to be open until 6pm Spoke with Reshae today 02/06/21 @ 10:15am who remind you had a poor attitude and very unprofessional Her tone was very hostile and I explained that it’s not always what you say it is how you say things. The girl then asked me if I wanted to speak with her manager when I reiterated everything we had discussed on the call to add insult to injury she improperly placed me on hold put me in “time out” then came back on the line to finish the call. I know that a debt is owed but when people are explaining especially now with everything going on in the world and they are actually trying to communicate with your company you should not have a negative attitude or be hostile with them.

Ramon is ALWAYS friendly, efficient, and professional! Never has an attitude or unpleasant tone. He is more than good at what he does. I've never had an issue with the other staff memebers. However Ramon's customer service, whether on the phone or in person, stands out above all the rest. Thank you Ramon and staff! :)

Checked the hours online before making the 45min drive to this location only to find a sign on the door saying closed, at 215 in the afternoon.

I have been doing business with Check Into Cash for the past couple of years and it has been a breeze! At first I was little worried, but I was approved and out of the door in no time with cash in hand! The process is quick and easy and the staff is friendly!!
