    Stopped in cause i needed a loan on a large custom made gold necklace ive had for years . I had my paycheck shorted and just needed a quick loan till next pay .When i walked in and went to the counter and said i needed a loan on my necklace he says right off the bat "I can tell you right now its not real" I said yes it is ive had it for years and its been pawned before just not here and im the one that had it custom made" He tested and of course its 10k gold as i said . He said it just sounded weird ?? Lol . He also was a little rough with it for my liking. ....Maybe test things before you open your mouth . I decided to get a loan somewhere else im already having a difficult month i dont need to deal with a bad pawn shop . NEVER GO HERE i guess me being a black man walking in with nice jewelry it must be fake

    Awesome place. Best pawn shop around. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Definitely worth a visit. They really set the bar on how pawn shops should be ran.

    As many tries I have given this place they never fail to disappoint. To sum it up it feels more like retail than what it is, which is a pawn shop. Prices are on the high side and they don't really deal well. Bottom line I have ALWAYS been able to find a better deal in better condition. Staff is friendly, management seems to have sub par hospitality and social skills. If you feel you would like to support local business choose a more deserving institution.

    Ryan sorry about that. We do try are best to look at what the used value of a item is. As far as a better deal goes will try and work you one. Sometimes we can other times we can't.     I came in to pay off a loan I have had since June/July and staff told me I owed an extra $100 than what they had been telling me. After leaving and coming back with all the money JD refused to count my money because I had “to many one dollar bills”. Although I had every dollar I needed to pay to get my property they refused to count it until I switched the bill to something more convenient for them. After coming back from the ATM I handed JD the money he say that it was $20’s and a few 5’s (that came straight from the bank) and he still tried to refuse to count it saying I needed 100’s. I then asked him why no one was wearing mask and he jokingly asked one of the staff members to put on a mask saying “you don’t want to catch a cold”. I told home my mother has tested positive for covid and this is not a joke which he said “I was just trying to make lite of the situation”. I don’t think this staff understands that their customers are literally bringing in what ever they can find just to make ends meat. I brought in every last dollar I had to my name to retrieve MY property just to be told my money wouldn’t be counted and my property not returned until I got different sized bill. I don’t care how close this place is to my house they clearly do not take the pandemic serious and don’t have the customers best interest at heart.

    Reginald please if you are going to wright a review tell the true story. First off your loan came due on 1/11/21 you came into pick it up on 1/24/21 so yes you owed another month of interest. So you left and went to the bank to get the additional amount. When you came back you came back with $900 in $1 dollar bills. Very childish thing to due I do think it was funny but when we are busy we don't have time to count 900 one dollar bills. We asked you to go change it into bigger bills. That is when you loosed it. But you did go change them out. When you came back you were still very rude. We redeemed you guns as fast as we could well you yelled at customers and employees. That being said everyone was wearing a mask that was helping you. I would also like to commend you on dropping a loaded Glock on the show room floor that made for some good video laughs. Again sorry that you did not understand that when you are past due you owe more. Thanks again for your business.

    This shop has excellent customer service and well trained staff. I brought my 3k Nikon D850 and Spencer thank goodness knows his cameras! I was given a great deal and felt safe trusting this shop with my camera and laptop.

    Came in with two gold eagle coins, pure gold 1 Oz, they asked me what I wanted and I said to sell as close to market value as possible or what they would give me max on a loan, after some back in forth with the "professional" he wouldn't tell me what they bought gold for and finally got upset and told me he would give me 500 for it. These guys are a joke dont waste your time! See my Google reviews, I never give one star unless they are a joke like these these gentlemen are. I edited this review to help people out.     Tim we ask what you want because you are the seller. Just like when sell a car you have a price you will take. We never got upset we did offer you $500 as a place to start with hoping you would come back with the amount that you wanted. We also would have been glad to give you as close to the value as we could based apon the market of the day. But we did need a place to start at as no one gives spot or sells for spot. So again sorry we could not come to a agreement on the value.

    Walked into the store, the only people wearing masks were customers. There were three employees, none of which wearing masks. Inconsiderate choices like these keep the pandemic going strong. I left pretty much immediately. Wearing a mask is the mildest of inconvenience, but i guess its too much to ask.

    I've done loans through them in the past with no issues and good service, but with that being said tried getting a loan through them once more to catch up on bills and gotta treated way different from last time (not in a good way). I don't know what happened since last time I always paid my loans on time and full so I don't know if it's new management or they were just having a bad day. Not sure if I would recommend anymore

    This has some of the friendliest staff ive seen in a pawn shop. Most other places are condescending/rude and it makes u not wanna give them your business. I don’t need money bad enough to get treated poorly in the process. Will keep coming back here!

    So far I've been treated very well here. I've visited other stores (like the diamond mine) and have been treated with nothing but respect. Even buying one small item, I got a great deal and gratitude for my business. And as for anyone with complaints on prices for purchases OR selling their items, YES they're a business and need to make money to... I Know I get the absolute best price they can give me. Very much loved the treatment I received here❣️

    Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Both the head and assistant managers are extremely arrogant. They think they are smarter than every customer that comes through their door. Don't ever dispute them, even in a friendly manner, or they'll bar you from the store like they did me. Little did they know what a huge favor that was indeed. Beware, their only interest is lining their pockets at your expense. Worst pawn broker I've ever dealt with. I'll gladly steer clear of this outfit permanently. PostScript, add liars to my critique of the managers. They falsely claim in their rebuttal I talked down to their employees. In fact, the few times I visited this store I was always cordial with the staff.

    I love this place. My name is Joshua King and I have been coming to this pawn shop for a couple years now and let me tell you I'm a 4 time combat veteran with 55 medals I have done anything and everything and I'll tell you business is business. This place has always treated me with respect and kindness and honestly if your pawning something you have to realize there taking a gamble on you and your stuff. They have to be able to make something on it plain and simple. Just because you bought something and it cost x amount of dollars doesn't mean your gonna get what you paid for it in a pawn shop. You need them more then they need you. Just accept it. The staff are professional there always willing to haggle if your buying something and they do the best they can to help you out when if they don't know you. So to all you nay Sayers I'd say this grow up. The world doesn't revolve around you and your stuff isn't worth as much as you want it to be sentimental value doesn't mean anything there business is business folks. Treat them with the kindness and respect you want and guess what you will get it back. Remember you came to them they didn't come to you and realize everyone has value. Don't degrade a shop because you didn't get what you wanted grow up. I recommend this place to everyone I know and I'd put my name and reputation on the line for anyone at that shop because there honest kind good hearted people just trying to earn a buck just like you!!!! Love this pawn shop always have always will.

    RUDE RUDE RUDE MANAGEMENT The manager is extremely unprofessional. He yells at his employees in front of the customers and treats them like insulates. And then if you stand up for the employees he just kicks you out of the pawnshop and seems to think that because he calls you Ma'am and tells you in a finally professional manner that he's invulnerable to being punished for his behavior that he's some how classy or suddenly more proffesional. I will never again do business with them until they replace his unprofessional rude attitude with someone else that's grateful to their employees and thankful to have customers. Rude rude rude management. (Edit) It had absolutely nothing to do with my sunglasses and everything to do with the way you treated your employees. I can't believe anyone would ever punish themselves working for someone as belittling as you. I don't care that you couldn't take my sunglasses honestly. And you wanted my vacuum, but I walked out after hearing you acting like you needed to make your employees feel small in order for you to feel superior. I can only imagine how good you and your wife must get along... Your professionalism or truly "lack there of" even shows on your response to my rating. Grow up and take some anger management classes to learn that you are truly not as superior as you might think. You are not customer or even employee oriented and I feel sorry for anyone that must sacrifice their ego to work under you, you bring an entire new level to being a boss and take it to the extreme. I can't imagine why any business owner would ever chose you to run their establishment. Have a good day.     Very friendly staff and very professional with firearm sales. They take their time to explain a few things, but admit if they do not know some thing, which I find to be very important. Definitely will not bullshit you into buying something and let you test things out (within reason: they will plug the TV and to show you that it works, hook up an amp to the guitar and show you the pedal works great and how it sounds, will definitely never allow you to dry fire a firearm ;) for obvious reasons). Very happy with the customer service I got. Will return.

    So Far I am not happy with the way I was treated over the phone I came into a situation where I had to help a family member by making a payment for them. Matt got on the phone and from the second I mentioned my family members name he went from being nice to being extremely rude. I apologized several times for the situation at hand but I feel I should not be yelled I get some is "late" but this is the first time I am dealing with you or your company and Like I stated to Matt I was just made aware of the situation I don't need to spoken to like I am an idiot. I can only imagine how I will be treated once I step in the store. you should really get a zero for customer service
