The detailed responsiveness of Vince Filardo was exceptional. He kept us up to date throughout the entire process and was always there to answer any questions we had. Even when we texted him not realizing it was the "Juneteenth" holiday. It was a real pleasure working with him and I will refer anyone to this team solely based on Vince's customer service.

Josh and his team were amazing to work with! They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful walking us, a couple of first time buyers, through the loan process. They worked tirelessly, around the clock, to help us at every step along the way. They were there, quickly responding to questions and providing information after hours and on weekends, helping us to close on a tight schedule. Josh and his team truly care about you and want to help in anyway possible; they even continue to check in and make sure everything is going well. They are a great group of people who will always be there when you need them!

When we started the search for our first home, we were put in touch with Josh by our realtor. We honestly would not have known where to start or what to do if it were not for him. We tend to take our time reading reviews and researching before contacting anyone for a service, but we are so thankful that our realtor recommended him. We learned so much from him, and truly felt like he took the time to get to know us and had our interests at heart throughout the entire experience. Josh kept in close communication with us at all times, and listened to what we needed from him, even when we felt like we needed time to process all of the information. He did a video call with us, which was great to talk in real time with him and go over many different aspects of what we were looking for/needed in a loan. Josh was knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping us figure everything out. This was a big deal to us as first-time home buyers, and we are thankful to have had him on our side.

Josh and his team helped us with the purchase of our new home. They were on top of everything and also not only got us preapproved, but had everything taken care of prior to us finding a home. Which in turn made the process of closing a lot less stressful since there were no last minute surprises. There was great communication throughout the entire process.

I guess if I have to state what pops out of my experience with this team is how much they bend over to please the customer. One of the teammates, Vince, could be reached anytime although I made a cutoff time in the evening myself. I never had to discard a response as irrelevant to my question. Great attention to details and quick response would summarize it all. But, I feel like I didn't put enough adoration/admiration in this review.

Josh was attentive, responsive, kind and extremely helpful. As a first time homebuyer he spent above and beyond the time I would have expected answering any questions I had, even in times when I didn’t know what information I should know, he made sure that I didn’t just get a great rate, but was also well equipped to feel comfortable and make confident, educated decisions on a topic nobody really teaches you how to be educated on until you are going through it. I can’t recommend and thank Josh enough for the work he and his team put in over the entirety of the home buying process.

Constant communication with the client and a proactive team is a success for any business. I felt that you guys delivered on both. The entire team was helpful, communicative, efficient, friendly; basically everything you could ask for. I can't express how much they helped remove the stress from the process, especially considering we came to them last-minute after a bad experience with a previous mortgage company. The online portal/system was easy to use, and the team kept me informed via email and calls every step of the way. If you're even considering buying a house, this is the team to use!

We had a few complications of our own doing come up mid-loan processing and had to completely change gears, Josh and his whole team took it in stride and reworked the loan to a successful outcome. We couldn't be happier now saving over $700 every month!
