I have banked with JCU for a decade now and have had great experiences. I recently got my auto loan refinanced and Shane made the process easy and seamless. The cash back checking account is a huge benefit as well!

I have always had great service untill they charged me 5.00 to send an e-mail to me. I needed to two statements, so they charged me 5.00 each. 10 dollars to send 2 e-mails. Time to update your policy.

I refinance my home loan through Gina at JCU in Sandy. She was great to work with and made the process easy and stress free! Not only that but their rates were the best.

I trust this place with my finances and they always take care of my needs. I went in and got a visa rewards card and it was one of the easiest processes that I have ever gone through thanks to Jake and Elmer. Also, Caitlin is the best person that this credit union has ever hired! 5 star quality all around!

I've been a JCU member for 30 years . Do not join this credit union unless you want to go through the hardest possible process to get a loan. Their policies are antiquated and their customer service has been horrible lately. A loan or any change to an account will require an excessive amount of documentation that no other institution requires. Recently, my debit card expired and I called to have another one sent when I didn't get the new one in the mail. They didn't let me choose the same skin I had on the old one and didn't let me choose the pin. More recently, I had another customer service issue where the girl made a mistake and refused to admit it or apologize. I've defended JCU to my siblings who have all now left, but I think it is time that I do too.

I have been a customer in this JCU branch for 2 years now and I have always got my needs covered. Gina, Jake and Elmer do a great job and they go beyond customers’ expectations. Every time I come to this place, I feel at home. Great services, great people, great bank!

Shady Credit Union. I got a loan for a van, they turned around 5 months later they illegally repossessed my van from Legacy Towing, because they could not find my Title to my Van, They had it all the time. We been making payments early and more to to the loan to pay it off early. I had to pay 258 dollars to Legacy Towing to get my van back. I never got my money back which the told me they would they would reimbursed me, go somewhere else for a car loan.

We loved our experience with Jordan Credit Union! We worked with them to get a lower rate on our mortgage. Not only was their interest rate the lowest we found, but their fees were actually reasonable. Imagine that! We had started the refinance process with ANOTHER credit union. Our experience with them turned sour when they didn't return our calls for weeks, and in our initial paperwork they added in extra fees and buy downs without explanation. THANK GOODNESS for Jordan Credit Union. (They actually explained the unnecessary fees from the other CU.) Our experience with JCU was the exact opposite. Response time from our mortgage officer was quick, fees and process were explained in detail, and when closing day came, we even got to do it in the JCU office with our original mortgage officer... instead of some random title company with a stranger. To top it off, the OTHER credit union called a few weeks after we closed on the loan to let us know they were available to continue working on our loan. Say, what? Don't hesitate. Go with JCU!

We have been with Jordan Credit Union for years, because how we are treated not just a number but a person. This is a great place to do banking and are very friendly and professional as well as being able to help us with all our needs very quickly. Great doing business with this credit union.

I'm both an employee and a member with Jordan Credit Union, and they're a nice institution! Their fees are reasonable, compared to other institutions, (ONLY $1 FOR A CASHIERS CHECK) and anyone between the ages of 14-25 who opens a checking account or a credit card gets a Visa gift card. I've had an account in the past with Cyprus, and I like the customer service (Tellers, Member Support, and phone support) with Jordan Credit Union so much better.

Been with J-CU for a long time. I went in a couple weeks ago to make some payments and ask a few questions about refinancing my car, and Jake B hooked me up! He exceeded my expectations and I am really glad i went in that day and that he was able to help me out! I recommend him if you're looking to get a loan, or refinance.
