Cyprus Credit Union S 700 E, Sandy

This credit union gives my clients a lot of unnecessary run around. They do not know what they are doing. Do not trust them with your money or rely on their advice. EDIT: I have spoken with the branch manager, who was rude and dismissive. The person answering the phone for the branch number (connects to a main line for multiple branches apparently) refuses to connect me with anyone else. He also said they won't give out names, names available with google. I find it interesting that Cyprus does not have an attorney on staff, no general counsel is listed on the bar website/LInkedin/or the Cyprus website. This is probably why they do not understand Utah law and will not provide necessary services to their customers. I have advised my client to file a complaint with the Utah Department of Financial Institutions and switch their accounts.

Wonderful place to bank I have my car loan through them, and I love how they have a 10 day grace period with loan payments so they are not considered late. I also real love the skip a payment they have as well both are really helpful for a young adult in college.

A great place to bank I would say this is one of the best branches that Cyprus has. I don’t get why people are, so down on the branch the people that work there do a good job and they follow rules to a T which is comforting to see make me feel that my money is safe in Cyprus hands.

Who can't give you quarters in exchange for cash? Evidently cyprus credit union, if you don't have an account. Poor customer service, will never have an account with them after this experience.

Amazing experience today with Travis! I will be forever grateful for this credit union. I have had my identity stolen and no one would give me a chance. I really need an account and wanted to get in at a credit union. He really listened to my story and is giving me a chance. Thank you, Travis!!!

I've tried to make a payment through their drive-thru on multiple occasions but the teller always tells me she's busy and I'd need to wait. After extended wait times of close to 20 when I was the only one in line and without any explanation as to why I was being ignored, I've had to go to another location. I wish this could be corrected. The customer service leaves much to be desired

This is the worst Cyprus credit Union I've ever dealt with. I have had an account with them for many years and have never been to this branch. The employees hasseled me and would not let me deposit my husbands check into my account even though he was with me. They claimed that my brother was an owner of the checking account which he was not. (Although he was on my savings account so an employee mistakenly put him on my checking account) PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE FRUSTRATION AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH AND THE INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES.

About 4 times I have made payments on my auto loans through them, and every time they have been short about $2.00 because of incompetence from the employees. So I have to go in, get the late fees waived, and make the payments again. The wait is always long. I've never been out in less than 30 minutes.

You consistently do not have enough staff for this branch. I have waited 20 min to get help. Your employees dont know what's going on.
