An amazing and efficient operation, we were able to go under contract within 24 hours of touring a home. Not three weeks later, we received keys and closed on that same property. This is the greatest home loan company to go through! Everybody is very helpful and available to answer any questions or concerns you have.

Our experience with RanLife Home Loans was mediocre at best. The process started out strong, but declined quickly. Communication was always a problem. We asked our loan officer over and over again to communicate often with us and to please include both of us on any communications. This never happened and we were usually the ones to reach out for progress reports on the refinance. We felt as if we were constantly asking for information and were told we'd hear back "in a few hours", but we would need to call again the next day to get the promised info. Twice during the process our loan officer did not follow through on time sensitive steps. Over the entire process we caught several small errors that needed to be corrected. Our closing was set back until much later in the day due to another error, but we didn't receive notice that we would be delayed until we were on our way to the closing. We did receive funding before our lot closing date, but the process was unnecessarily stressful.

Chris Todd Miller with RanLife Home Loans is excellent! I had the opportunity to with him on the purchase and refinance of my home. Chris made the processes easy and ensured that we got the best rates. I highly recommend working with Chris!

We refinanced using Krystal Nellis as our loan officer and she was absolutely amazing! The process was smooth, she emailed everything and we were able to do most of the process online. Absolutely wonderful experience. James C was our loan officer and he made everything so easy and straightforward. He was very upfront about everything and when I had questions ( as a first time home buyer there were many), he always answered them and responded back to me via email typically within a couple of hours, usually faster though. Ben Clower is a wonderfully innovative and has a passion for helping you get exactly what you need for the best price or options. He was able to lower our mortgage and get rid of Mortgage insurance during our refinance. There are so many methods of getting the right numbers that most people don’t know but Ben is there to clearly explain and provide that security.

Our realtor Jaime was exceptional, she always responded within minutes, and tailored to our needs perfectly. We had a long search for a home and Jaime stayed positive and helpful, even when we though we had no chance. Getting the financing and all the paperwork done was more confusing, as my wife and I did not have a great idea of everything we needed to get done, and no one explained it to us, they sent us paperwork work some wrong info, which was apparently just placeholders that we were unaware of. But in the end, we got our house and we got it quickly after going under contract!

Tyler made my refinance extremely easy. He always kept me informed yet left me the time to make my decisions. He's a go-getter without being overbearing. I'm glad I did business with him.

I started a refinance in December. It is now mid April, and still have not gotten a refinance. We have had multiple closing dates, last one was April 1st. Here we are 2 weeks after that date and still haven't heard from either of the agents I was working with. Even with me reaching out on multiple occasions, they let interest rates sneak up and didn't know what do... is my guess. Very dissatisfied. Very unprofessional. Would. Not. Recommend.

Our home purchase was very complicated because we had not bought a home in 20 years. Despite the numerous minefields, our RanLife agent Alex Taylor was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He practically held our hands throughout the tedious process. We recommend him highly. He went beyond his ordinary duties to make everything as clear and smooth as possible. He needs a raise!

Andy was my agent with RANLife, and he was there any time I needed him. He seemed to always be able to work on my loan. I contacted him mornings, afternoons, evenings, and even a few late nights. Andy was there when my previous lender was having a hard time being competitive in this crazy market. I turned to him and RANLife and I am glad I did. They also offered a much better deal on their rates than any competitor. So, if you're looking to purchase a home in this super-competitive market, you could do a hell of a lot worse than with RANLife.

Very pleased with end result of my refi. Nikko was friendly and we had a few weird bumps over documentation but he worked with the info and uw...and we closed. Very communicative and answered my questions timely. Took slightly less time than getting original loan and the hassle I had with final docs on my original loan I didn't go through in this loan. I did review Ranlife before reaching out...there were a few negative reviews but I went for it anyway. I did seriously shop 3 lenders, Nikko offered the best rates. Substantial savings and have since referred him our to two other persons. Also different is that they plan on servicing the loan and not selling it...works with multiple states.

I cannot express the gratitude that we feel towards our loan officer Krystal Nellis. When I first called her, we had just been notified that our landlord was selling our home that we had been in for 9 years. I was a single mom to 3 kids and I never dreamed that we would be able to buy a home and that’s where our angel stepped in. RANLife was great to work with when it came to the real estate agents. I was completely impressed with how on top of everything they were - with paperwork and the house offer/negotiations - it was just what I was hoping for. The only thing I was very upset about was the loan officer we had. He rarely had contact with us and whenever we had questions about the closing and the refinance, he would have a short "answer". Plus, whenever I personally wanted to know about how it was going and to get copies of the documents, he never send anything to me or wouldn't contact me. I would pick RANlife again for the agents, as for the loan officer - I wouldn't recommend him.

RANLIFE delivered on the objectives we set out at the beginning and made the process very easy with frequent and timely communication so we were always up to date on the process.

Tyler Ropelis was our loan officer. We reached out to him early on in hopes of buying a home. I had just started as a 1099 employee which required a lot more hoops to jump through than a W2. He helped navigate all of that, and though it took some time, when we were finally in a position to buy, he referred us to Dave Jenson, an incredible real estate agent. Between the two of them, we found a home that was just what we needed at a rate and price that we were pleased with. There were a few hiccups due to external factors, but again this excellent team went to work and everything was resolved and we closed on time. Well Done! This is a team I would highly recommend!

This has been THE worst experience. We started out with one loan officer, then he left and the new loan officer didn't even have all the information needed...the gathering of everything needed for what should have been a quick sale, is STILL in process. We have been trying to complete this loan for 8 months now....I do NOT recommend this company!

So much lack of communication, got a pre-approval from this place, Loan officer was Kendall fujioka. However once we went under contract communication stopped. I had documents sent from his assistant with lots of spelling errors, incorrect addresses. No work was even done for my file. Got a call day before due dates, appraisal was never ordered. And he has told me to just bail out of the house. No explanation nothing! Followed the guidance of the loan officer and almost lost my job because of it (due to transfer paperwork and working in a different city for the location of the home) Was sent a letter of denial 2 weeks after dead lines and having to pull out of the offer and having no communication for a whole month!

Thanks to RANLife Home Loans I was able to buy out my siblings and purchase the home that belonged to my parents. My mother died before changing her will, but she wanted me to make sure that no one else obtained her home in my lifetime. My loan officer, Kristi Behrens, was amazing. She is the sole reason that I am now a first time home owner at the age of 66. She walked me through the entire process step by step. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this lender. They worked with me over a period of about 15 months while I searched for a property. Many of the properties ended being a dud, but they stuck with me and guided me through. Advice was literally on tap when I needed it. They think outside the box compared to every day commercial banks and lenders. Other lenders would not touch our property because it was rural and on bigger land than urban residences. They made the loan work and we closed last week. Their fees are very reasonable..actually the cheapest I could find too. Special thanks to Krystal Nellis...I will never forget this experience. I highly recommend them.

I thought I was in for a great experience. RANLife was the lender on my parents home and their experience was great. Mine however was the opposite. I understand that as a first time home buyer in this market I am a very small fish in a very hectic and large ocean. But I'm still paying good money for their "services." Through my whole home buying process I never once had a contact with my loan officer on the phone. I've never heard his voice. He was incredibly difficult to get in contact with. We only communicated through texts, and then only after lengthy delays. My phone calls were never returned. When I would hear back from him or more often from his assistants. I would be given hard numbers that I would agree to in our conversations and then would send documents with much higher rates and payments without notifying me or explaining where all of this extra charge was coming from. I was misquoted my APR, closing costs, and fees multiple times that were hundreds if not thousands of dollars different. This happened up until the day of signing where I was told I'd find out the final numbers when I showed up to sign at closing. He was also completely unavailable to my realtor for the whole month between my offer getting accepted and closing and I had to act as a go between for them to work together. If it wasn't for my loan officers assistant who acted basically as a go between this whole time, I would have missed my closing date. This whole process was the most difficult and nightmarish ordeal of my young life. 0/10 would never recommend.

We originally started our refinance with our mortgage company. We submitted all of the information they needed in record time, only to sit and wait for over two months waiting on any information we could squeeze out of them. I would call once a week to see when we would be closing and if they needed anything else. Getting information from them was like pulling teeth. The company kept assuring me everything was fine and it was taking so long because of the backlog due to COVID19. After two months of waiting I called again and finally got ahold of someone that told me that our loan was denied. Even though it was a VA loan , great credit score , and good debt to income ratio. Turns out that they said we had a (one ) late payment on our mortgage. Which was not an actual late payment they raised our payment and we did not send the extra $23.00 so they did not post it once we figured it out the payment was considered late. So after two months of time being wasted I contacted RANLife and explained my situation, and if it was possible for them to help us refinance. They looked up everything while I was on the phone and said they could have us closed in about a month. They did everything they could to expedite the process including using the previous appraisal and termite inspection. We were able to get everything in and closed in just over a month. They were so helpful every time I had a question they answered and never seemed bothered by how silly I thought the question to be. Jeff who I was working with even answered my question while he was on Vacation. My wife and I keep saying we do not know why we just didn't start with them in the first place. I can not give enough praise to this company. If you need a mortgage or refinance there is no need to shop around just start with RANLife.

I had an absolutely horrible experience the beginning of this year with another realtor and loan agency called Emperiq Financial( they lost us our earnest money and the house due to lack of communication and were an absolute pain and disappointment)But Cameron at RANlife and his team got us back on track. When you don’t do something everyday, you really want those you are working with, whose day job is lending, to be transparent, communicative, thoughtful, professional, respectful, and responsive. This is everything I did not get working with Jesse Curtis at RANLife. He was more interested in making the builder happy, rather than me, the client. Also, they made me sign a $2k fee if I choose to stop working with them after a rate lock, something I had not seen/experienced with any other lender. Seems a bit childish, and sadly, their interactions and customer service post this signing severely declined. When there was ever miscommunication instead of working to determine the miscommunication, he was often throwing others “under the bus”. It was so very distasteful. I was also belittled by Jesse for my choice of using a financial planner to review the loan. All and all. I will not use Jesse Curtis or RANLife again.

I called RANLife last year to learn about the various refinance programs they have and USDA mortgages. This is where I met Sean. My husband was very stubborn and did not want to refinance at the time. Sean kept in touch with me for several months until I finally was able to get Sean and my husband on the phone together. He opened my husbands' eyes about consolidating with a refinance and it lowered our monthly payments by a thousand of dollars. My husband is so happy he actually said to me, "I'm sorry for being stubborn for so many years". That extra debt was stress on my husband for years. Now he feels so much happier. The Refinance process was only a few weeks and it was all done electronically with only the Notary coming to visit. The simplicity of the process also relieved the stress from my husband, who has "buyers remorse" and will pull out at the last minute. Not once did my husband have doubts. The builder made some big mistakes which pushed my close out an additional month, and thanks to Jake & his team they uncovered things the builders agents didn’t, which I’m convinced helped speed up the process a little in the end. Last weekend me and my wife finalized our paperwork to refinance our home mortgage. This time around I decided to try RAN Life as I had heard some positive feedback about them. I logged into their website to research them a bit, clicked on the Refinance button and started to fill out the form. I wasn’t sure I wanted to give them my SSN yet, I am a little cautious giving it out and didn’t want them to run my credit yet as I was just shopping for the time being. Kimball gave me a call back within 30 minutes of filling out the online form. I told him I was looking at refinancing and wanted to know the current interest rate, what my options were for a 30, 15 and a 10 year loan. I had a few other questions about timing and what he would need? What kind of time would this take? And, if I could roll my mortgage, second mortgage and an appliance bill all together in one monthly payment? I also told him I wanted to make sure that I had an escrow account (I refinanced years ago and found out too late that I didn’t get an escrow account with that company. It was difficult on my budget.) He answered all of my questions and ran some numbers before even checking my credit. He told me what my rate would be if my credit score was greater than 700, what it would be if it was greater than 720 and again at 740. He answered every question I had and I felt comfortable in the end for him to run my credit. Once credit was ran, I found that I could refinance my home with a great rate. I could roll my mortgage, second mortgage and my appliances into one monthly payment that was the same as I was paying now, but knock 7 years off the life of my loan. I was pretty stoked about that. Kimball made this so easy and I was able to close about 2 weeks after I made my initial inquiry. I would definitely recommend RAN Life to my family and friends and would give them 5 stars.

I LOVED my experience with my loan officer, TYLER ROPELIS!!! I needed to refinance my home solely into my name fairly quickly and I honestly didnt think I could do it. I called RANLife because of an ad I heard on the radio. I figured whoever answered was the one who I would have help me. Tyler was the person who answered my phone call and started my loan. He was so optimistic and worked really fast to get me a several quotes. He always stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process..... even when he was just waiting on other people to do what they needed to. I was super impressed at his transparency and honesty and professionalism. He also seemed to really care for me as a person and my needs. Porter with RANLife was great to work with for my refinance. Being self employed requires extra steps when obtaining a loan, especially during these times. My agent was always available, transparent and knew exactly where we were at during the entire loan process. Closing costs were in line with other lenders and my interest rate was very competitive. Eric Mabon at RANLife, and his team, are rock stars as far as I'm concerned. I just purchased a home and throughout the process everyone was not only responsive and attentive, but also proactive in requesting and providing info. Everyone told me it was going to take longer than expected to close, but they did it in record time in order for us to bid with short timelines. I'm the end this helps us win our bid and we closed right on that short timeline. They also worked with us to make some last minute adjustments to our loan to accommodate our needs. I'm 110% satisfied with the service and deal I got from them, and don't think I can use anybody else in the future.
