They are not nonsense answers, they were mistypes in my email and you are welcome to find someone else to help you if you dont want my help.” Direct quote from a loan officer at Benchmark Mortgage regarding asking for my credit report. His initial response to my request for my credit report was, “I was able to pull your credit but I am not allow to share the physical report with you by law. Happy to go through it with you on the phone though.” This is shallow business practice. If you allow anyone to access your credit using your social security number, you are entitled to your report. This is poor practice, and a scam at best to get as much money from you as they can. STAY AWAY. If they cannot answer basic questions without immediately hitting the defensive button, they are bad news. Period.

I have worked with John Seville and his team at Benchmark Mortgage several times now. The team is ALWAYS very quick to respond, they have great communication, and are able get the job done even when the road may not be the smoothest to get to closing.
