Colin and his team of professionals were a pleasure to work with on our real estate purchase. We had a minor snafu with our first choice, however, his team recovered the fumble and carried it through to the goal line on our second choice. In the end it all worked out for the best. Should I mention we closed in 21 business days on a VA Home Loan, Colin and his team are trained professionals!

Quoted verbatim I all quotes “I cannot and will not. My organization does not allow release of credit reports. They are not nonsense answers, they were mistypes in my email and you are welcome to find someone else to help you if you dont want my help.” Direct quote from a loan officer at Benchmark Mortgage regarding asking for my credit report. His initial response to my request for my credit report was, “I was able to pull your credit but I am not allow to share the physical report with you by law. Happy to go through it with you on the phone though.” This is shallow business practice. If you allow anyone to access your credit using your social security number, you are entitled to your report. This is poor practice, and a scam at best to get as much money from you as they can. STAY AWAY. If they cannot answer basic questions after giving your social, they are bad news. Stay away!!!
