Seth encouraged a 15 year mortgage and to pay it off early to save an much money on interest as possible. That type of honesty is hard to find in this industry. Churchill mortgage is SO great! These guys move fast! They pre-approved me in 20 minutes, where as our current lender took 3 days. Our current lender had moved very slowly back when we had bought our last house. I could tell Churchill moved quickly which is what we needed, so we went with them and we made the best decision ever that day! Seth at Churchill was so great, he always explained everything and would help you even after office hours if you had a question, he would call me in the evening just to explain everything or plug in different numbers (down payment amounts) for me to see different monthly mortgage prices. These guys are extremely fast and diligent and strive on customer service and it shows. I will never use anyone else and recommend to all my friends! Such great people! AND another perk is, Churchill is the only mortgage company Dave Ramsey has ever endorsed!

Churchill Mortgage is more than just a lender. I have worked with many different lenders in my lifetime and none have taken the time to personally invest in us like they have. Chris DeRuischer and his team of professionals had our best interests at heart at all times. From taking the time to discuss our financial goals, to guiding us seamlessly through the paperwork and underwriting process, we felt like we were part of the family. And right in the middle of our most stressful time with the move, we received a care package in the mail from them. Absolutely terrible. Our construction was delayed a month because they couldn’t figure out how to get approval from an inspection company. We finally got approval for a mortgage after we already had walls and a roof on the new house! Then when we went to closing no one gave us the amount of money we needed to bring for a down payment until 15min before the bank closed. They also had the wrong information on some of our paperwork including the address. All of our mail goes to our old house which we had moved out of long before we started working with Churchill. We made our first two payments online, then got a bill saying that we had missed two payments and were at risk of losing our house. Upon contacting them to get things figured out the only answer I get is “I’ll look into it and let you know” or “Have you tried calling ______”. and then nothing gets accomplished. I wouldn’t ever trust them with another mortgage

This is our 3rd home we purchased and Churchill is such a different experience in a good way. Chris, our rep, felt like a friend from the beginning. He was caring, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We knew we could count on him. He saw us through to the end. We love our new home!
