This is our second year doing both our business and personal taxes here. They are super helpful and kind with any questions we have and get our tax documents back quickly. They also advise/help with future business tax planning. Glad I found this place and encourage anyone looking for a new tax advisor to come here.

I got a consultation from John and it was pretty disappointing. I’ve sent all my returns and supporting docs in advance but during the call it was obvious that he didn’t even take a look at it. He superficially asked me some questions and tried to respond to some of mine. After 5 minutes of conversation I was stopped by him saying that after this point he will have to charge me X dollars per hour. And it was totally fine, I needed a consultation and I was ready to pay for it which I stated right from my first contact with him. During the rest of the call he didn’t provide any useful information, just some general stuff. He promised to get back to me after he reviews everything and calculates taxes based on my input. Guess what? He never replied to me since then. My follow-ups were ignored, and he didn't even send an invoice. Probably, I didn’t interest him with my case. But I would expect to get some feedback instead of just silence.

I’ve been very pleased with my experience with this firm. It’s first class in all dynamics and they’ve helped me greatly through many of my difficulties. They are very responsive and care about getting it right from the beginning. They are helping me setup a platform that will help me manage my taxes throughout the year easier. I’ve never had a question go unanswered nor have I ever had to wait for a response. Communication is clear and understood from A to Z. They are worth every penny if you want things taken care of efficiently and without loop fault.

We have used their services for our business and personal taxes for four years. While the results are always good the quality of customer care is not. There is always someone new handling your taxes. No personal relations built. A few people on staff show great care while others do not. When you pay over a grand to have your taxes completed by someone you would hope that they would at least show some empathy when you address a concern with them. We will no longer be using their services or sending referrals.

One of the best CPA services in town. I am no business owner and individual tax payer married & filing jointly. I received cp2000 letter from IRS for 2019 tax year and wanted a cpa to look into the letter and respond accurately. I met Kevin and not only he explained why i received cp2000 but also next correct coarse of action to respond to letter cp2000 along with amending tax.
