He even answered questions after settlement. John answers his own phones and is incredibly responsive to text, calls, and email. John was my loan officer for my initial mortgage, when I was a first time buyer, and also for my refinance. On both occasions he proved himself to be professional, polite, patient and timely. He walked me through all of the steps that I needed to take, reminded me if I forgot about any, and was notably considerate when I screwed up and got a new credit card during my first application process. He also got me great rates relative to the market. I would recommend him without reservation. I can't imagine any other loan officer doing any better than he did.
