Where do I start? ….Carlo is, hands down, the best lender out! Trust me, I’ve done the leg work! I met with about 5 or 6 lenders and he still provided me with the best rates, the best programs and was the only lender who gave the best advice. It wasn’t just about getting me into a house, it was about making sure I made the best decision financially and being wise about my investment. He was also patient, kind and always available. Honestly, Carlo is the lender you want on your team !!!!! I’m certainly keeping him on mine.

As a first time home buyer there is no one I’d would have rather worked with than Carlo and his team. My husband and I knew absolutely nothing about the lending process before speaking with Carlo- he took his time and answered every single question we had. How should I start this 10 star review, Carlo & his whole team were amazing they made the whole process easy even with us being first time home buyers, the communication was amazing, I was kept up to date on everything that was going on at all times. My realtor Vantria Conway helped us with everything as from going house to house, getting our offer in right away, constantly giving us updates. So with saying all of that if I had to do the whole process over again I definitely would choose them time & time again.
