    Very disappointed scheduled a business account opening with Wanda took time off so I could do this and specifically told her that this was a business account opening. I get there at my appointment time only to have her say she can't open the account stupid reason given a courtesy call to cancel would have been appropriate

    The workers here are very limited on PNC information and what they can assist customers with. This is the closet branch to me and I am often told I have to go to a different branch to get assistance.
