I highly recommend Joe Setterlund at WFG title. As real estate professionals, one of our primary “partners" in every real estate transaction is the title company we use -along with our lender, appraiser, inspector, stager, landscaper, plumber, etc. And one of the most important things that a title company can do for you is to COMMUNICATE. It’s the same thing a home-buyer or seller is looking for in their real estate agent! Communication is key in this business and yet… It’s amazing just how many people do NOT seem to possess that basic skill. There are a ton of steps in the escrow process that have to be completed in order for a real estate transaction to close. It is important for the agent to know when these steps are initiated and/or completed. When the agent has an excellent title rep, as with Joe @WFG, the process is often smooth and easy -just what we all want, right? 8^)
