I can’t say enough great things about Jay. Typically when you think of a gold store, automatically your guard is up. The stereotypical gold dealer is someone who’s trying to get as much value from you as possible at your own expense. However with Jay my experience was quite the opposite. My family had to sell some of my grandmothers jewelry. We found Jay on Yelp and read all the reviews. Great reviews by the way. We decided to visit his shop in hopes of not losing our shirt over selling my grandma’s jewelry. I was very please and surprised by our experience. He gave us fair market value (more than I expected) for the jewelry and he went above and beyond the call of duty to not only verify that our jewelry was valuable, but also to make us feel like we are in good hands with him. He was kind and very warm towards us. Definitely changed my perspective when it comes to cash for gold shops. I highly recommend visiting Jay.

Went to Jay to get my engagement ring examined. I had the band resized and wasn’t sure if the company replaced the diamond (I’ve heard stories). He reassured me it was still my diamond & he was so informative. He even showed me with his magnifier that it was the real diamond comparing it against the cert form. Super impressed. Went back a few times to see some diamond solitaire earrings he had, and pricing was so fair. He’s very honest. I’d recommend for honesty and no weirdo overhead fees.

Great operation here, i was looking to help a friend sell a Rolex out of his watch collection and didn't want the hassle of dealing with selling it online especially during this covid situation, gave Jay a call, and we basically did everything over the phone, my friend mailed the watch to him & was promptly paid. I took in my diamond rings a few years back after going to a major jewelry store. To say the owner paid me more than the jewelry store is an under-statement. He explained the process to me and gave me significantly more than I expected. More recently I took in my Rolex to have it appraised and learned that he would give me more than a similar store.
