I was told there was no negotiation the price is the price. I would have loved to get into a Highlander in stead of a eclipse but too expensive. The financial guy was very busy the day I came to purchase and I had to leave I was given a loaner that was fabulous. Hate the used up car but was fabulous to have that option since my car had been wrecked. Honestly the dealer ship looks horrible. The lights aren’t even all working and the bathrooms are gross especially up stairs! They need a update there and deserve it that group that work there are fantastic especially Savanna and Whatt and the guy that sits next to Savanna;) When I can in for my title that literally only took 2 minutes that girl was on it too;) thanks for asking!

I brought my Mitsubishi Outlander in for a recall inspection of the crossbars and only waited a little over an hour for the inspection and application of anti-rust coating necessary to prevent corrosion in winter weather. The agent who waited on me was friendly and cordial. I would give him a five-star rating for excellent service and recommend their service for any type of repair or inspection. Service appointment. I booked an appointment online but they didn’t know anything about it at the front desk. It seems the online portal doesn’t connect to anything in the check in process. After waiting a while for a ride, they forgot about my vehicle and I had to leave it overnight. They accommodated me by providing a vehicle. The assessment of my maintenance needs was confusing and unconvincing. The guy who was helping me had an ear bud in his ear every time I interacted with him. The whole experience seemed very unprofessional and disorganized.
