Jodie helped process my home loan. She was phenomenal! After meeting and getting a few quotes we chose her because of how much attention to detail she has. She showed us rates and compared her quote to others and even found several discrepancies that would have cost us a lot of money. She did everything she could to explain the entire process to us, got us a great deal, always followed up and took care of us like we were family. Jodie did an excellent job with our home refinance. It was a VA loan and there were some complications and some hoops to jump through but she was in constant contact with us about what was going on and what needed to be done.
