    Jidd is the only place I will bring my car to for maintenance and repairs. I have been going to Jidd Motors for about 3 years now and their customer service is amazing! They keep you up to date on possible repairs and costs before working on the car and while the car is being worked on. Lewis is an excellent customer service rep. and has always provided the best experience! Their quality of work in general is top notch and the body work is excellent. They are no doubt my one stop auto service and repairs shop!

    We acquired a $80,000 Tesla Model X and had it shipped to Maine. It arrived and it had a non-functioning button on the steering wheel and almost immediately had some alerts regarding charging at which point we were required to drive the car to Boston (4 hours) on a couple of occasions to address this battery challenge. We requested that they simply re-imburse for the hotel and the request was not responded to until I followed up several times. Still have not heard back and so my experience has not been pleasant.

    Our car had to be towed off the 90 because the alternator went wacko and died. No prior problems and no warning. We picked the car up after alternator was replaced only to discover that the a/c suddenly stopped blowing cold air. No prior problems with a/c. Took it back there and they said that the broken a/c had nothing to do with their work. But they offered to do a diagnostic test to which I said no. Then took it to another Mitsubishi dealer who determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. First thing Jidd had to do to replace that alternator was to remove the compressor. Just seems extremely suspicious. Won’t be going back.

    Vehicle: Maserati Quattroporte Q4! This is one of the best service shops ever! Clean, with a lot of amenities while you wait. The only one I trust to work on my vehicle. Highly trained and professional technicians. I always ask for Jose to check any concerns that I may have, he always makes sure that the job is complete and checks up, later on, to see if everything is going well.     My car needed service and so I called and the service advisor Luis (I think that’s his name) set up an appointment for me to come in and helped me with my check engine light and explained the process to me overall I will come back again and ask for him personally

    I have been a customer to them for over 5 years and their service is incredible. Ask for Jose, they know what they are doing and help to fix the root of the problem in the car. They will not distract/mislead you with other services which your car wont want. The pricing is also nominal and they offer me special discounts since I bought the car from them. They also have a business lounge which I generally use to do my office work while I wait for the service to be done. My overall experience with them was good and I would recommend the place.

    Was not happy. Took Mitsubishi in due to service now lights coming on and car not starting. Three days in a row. Had to tow there once. Next day same problems. Did not offer to keep car to find problem. Not a actual Mitsubishi dealer as a whole. Went to full Mitsubishi dealer and got much better service.

    Luis & Jose were exceptional! I am not very familiar with car parts, car warranties or cars in general except for the bare minimal and they helped take care of everything. Would definitely recommend them when coming to Jidd Motors!

    Buying my vehicle from here was one thing. The car salesman act as if he really care but once you leave off the lot and they didn't address the problems before you leave it would be an issue to get any things situated!! He didn't even answer the phone for me the next day! THIS 5 STAR REVIEW IS FOR THE fantástico SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOT SALES!!!! My service light was on so I drove over an hour to the service department and Jose & Lois were very informative, thorough, professional, accurate & easy to talk to! They told me issues about my BMW that I wasn't aware of and gave me a great price on my service without trying to break the bank! The service manager was very Charming as well! Mucho gracias Jose & Lois🤓🌹🌹🌹

    I bought 2 cars from Jidd everytime i call their serivce department or try to schedule servicz qappointement there is no availibility .they dont even prioritize their loyal customers although they charge very expensive for service . Today 05/31/2022 i called to schedule brake pads replacement the associate answered and told me the first available option will be 06/18/2022 .after 19 days . Not sure if they will change an aircraft part or brake pads which will take them 30 min max This is not the first time Jidd is doing this I do not recoomend jidd at all Fix your cutomers service. Being a reputed brand require hard work and outstanding customers service
