I am a member of this CU and this location is the most convenient for me. Whenever I visit they are warm, welcoming and pleasant to deal with. They are great for simple deposits and withdrawals. There are certain things they cannot directly help with (mostly regarding loans and such) that must be handled at the main office in Naperville. As long as you understand that limitation it's a great place to conduct business! Also be aware that they close early on Wednesdays!

I recently joined a credit union and needed to deposit some cash. It was very clean. The woman that greeted me and served me was warm, friendly, and made me want to return to conduct my business at this branch again.

Very very useless! If you have any questions to have to drive to their brunch, there is no way they can help you over the phone :(
