My wife and I recently bought a home and used Jeff as our broker. As first-time home buyers, we were a little overwhelmed by all the lender options out there, along with the home-buying process itself. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, patient and flexible, and he carefully guided us through the process end-to-end. The thing that impressed us the most was the speed at which he kept things moving. Jeff has incredible communication skills. He's quick and prompt and always returned all of our calls, texts and questions within the hour. He made himself available, he checked in frequently, he kept the ball moving. As a broker, he also had the flexibility to shop around for the best interest rate to fit our budget needs (the rate he got us was unbelievably awesome!). He was sensitive to our constraints and made the whole process feel effortless. I will absolutely be using Jeff again in the future (I've already recommended him to my mom who's also working with him) and would strongly urge anyone out there to do the same. You won't regret it.
