Your bank is supposed to feel like family but with them it feels like a money hungry bill collector Very unprofessional always trying to charge you money for they system being late when you have the money in your account and just takes the money without your consent, MS.ROSE Is very unprofessional, always has a attitude and isn’t helpful at all when talking to her. I never meet a staff that doesn’t answer office calls and have to call at least 5 times. I do not recommend this institution to any one at all

The only issue I have with this bank is that I can’t never seem to get anyone on the phone, I called several times this past Friday from opening to closing and couldn’t get a single soul on the phone. If you’re to far to go in say out of state per say, and may have card problems you can count it a lost due their inconvenient phone service.

Every time I go to the East Jefferson branch I always have a good experience especially with this clerk Amanda she has the greatest personality I meant she is so sweet just have to love her.

Was looking online for a corporate number but I don't see any listed I'm not sure if this credit union has been taken over by someone else but it's definitely not the credit union it was before the people that works here now don't want to help you and full of attitudes I've been waiting on someone to help me since last week and still no reply at one time I felt this was one of the best places to back cause the workers before was willing to go over and beyond for their customers the workers there now are very rude they don't answer the phones unless you dial in private

Never had a problem despite the reviews..

The Clerks on the west bank on Lapaco are A+ rating. Everytime i go its quick and painless.
