Jeanine was AWESOME!!! As first time homebuyers we weren't familiar with the process of buying a home. Before Jeanine we felt lost, intimidated and even overwhelmed at times. Big box banks were not as thorough and had limited options. Credit unions were slower than molasses. However with Jeanine she responded quickly and got the ball rolling. Everything went smoothly and quickly without hiccups. She is very knowledgable, responsive and answers questions very well. She was truly a blessing to our family. I have been a home owner for many (since 1981)decades. And I have done quite a few refinancing of some of the of the properties that I have owned over that time. All of them dealing with a bank or a credit union but mostly banks. But this time I thought that I would try a loan broker because I really didn’t like how non personal banks can be. Jeanine is amazing and always a pleasure to work with. We just refinanced our home and she always makes everything so simple. She made it easy to have all of our documents emailed so we could sign them online. She even set us up to have a notary sent to our home to complete the process. The reason why I gave her 5 stars is because honestly Jeanine is the best. This was my husbands and I first time buying a home and she paired us up with Gilbert who was absolutely amazing. Best Refi experience ever! Completed two Refi's simultaneously recently. One on my primary residence and the other on an Investment property. Both processes were handled smoothly and calmly while the markets were going up and down almost every few days.
